The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.
The breakfast menu:
Steamed rice was not perfectly cooked or it was too dry therefore it was not fluffy and tender, overipped tempeh for mendoam, rice porridge (congee) was not silky, thin, and smooth.
The rooms:
The hotel rooms smell likea mold (air-conditioning unit needs properly cleaned and maintained). The linens and sheets were dark and not smell fresh.

During our 6 months roadtrip, from Jogja to Labuan Bajo, and back, this is the most value for money hotel, breakfast was beyond our expectation for budget hotel, good wifi

Decent hotel to stay for 1 or 2 nights, the location is good, just few steps away from shopping mall, coffee shops, restaurants and street food stalls; Strong WiFi; the staff are nice and helpful; Clean enough.
The shower in my room didn't work properly and the AC was leaking a bit; Breakfast could be better

The hotel has so-so good customer service vibe.
If this is hotel's policy, then I have no complaint. I was asking the front desk if they have needle for my hijab as I lost mine. The lady in front just say "nggak punya, Bu. Saya ga pake hijab". In other hotel, they usually respon for me to wait if they can find it for me and send it to my room or they let me know if they can't find it. At least an effort was made.
