We booked an apartment for 4 nights at a price of € 755. 6 days before our arrival we were informed that our accommodation would only be available one day later than confirmed - due to overbooking. So, we arrived one day later, had to wait until 6 pm (!) until we were told that we would get a tiny room (for 4 people) instead of our apartment. We stayed for one night. The landlord Oscar ensured us he would pay back the money, which we still have not received one month later. He does not reply to our mails. Not adhering to booking contracts and keeping money that is not yours is a significant sign of dishonesty. Unfortunatley, we are forced to take legal action.

Beautiful place with a stunning view! The host Oskar is very helpful and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

We stayed here for one night. The owner was available and friendly. Great view on the terrace and the food was delicious. Quiet place. There were a lot of kittens.

One of the rooms hot because the schutters were missing. The area looks a bit messy.

Very beautiful location, but rather hard to reach with car, very narrow streets and rocky roads.

It is a family run business, but to us it seemed overbooked, as there was not enough people working. The breakfast was ok, nothing extra. The servoce for breakfast and dinner seemed kind of chaotic. Also the pool was very dirty, full of wasps and dirt. It was sead to us that the pool is always open, so we wonder when do they clean it. Also for july months very hot, since the rooms dont have AC.

the people were fantastic and the location was beautiful. the pool was awesome. overall it was a great experience. the boys also loved the farm cats, dog (frenchie), chickens, ducks, turkey and goats!

I wish they had a cooking class and each room had a fan to help with the air circulation.

Unbelievable panoramic view, I could sit there all day and do nothing but watch the light change. Nice swimming pool. Superb coffee and croissants. Diner very good. Nicest people ever.

How far away it was from everywhere and the state of the roads getting there . A few signs helping you get there would have been most helpful as it very isolated . You have no idea how difficult it is to get there when you book this place online It had a stunning view but it limited you from exploring other places as a base , there was no way you could travel those road at night The owner could have been more aware of very noisy guests who partied late at night . We had to message him on one occasion to request them to be quiet and the other occasion we did The prices in the restaurant for dinner were high but the food was on most occasions was good . On the whole it’s a very beautiful place to stay with the most incredible views and feel . We feel a bit more attention to detail this place could be improved.

Amazing estate located on top of the hill with a wonderful view of the suroundings. Lovely accomodation with great hosts and an adorable breakfast on an open terrace. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Tuscany.

The view, the place and the dinner was fine.

The room and the bath was not clean, hairs and dead bugs on the ground, in the fridge there were left some food from the previous tourists.

Great stay to take a break from a city. Lovely surrounding, breathtaking panoramic view from pool side/restaurant. Each apartment has a private outside seating and small piece of garden. Lovely pool with sun-beds. Small farm to explore for kids. Positioned higher up on mountain, so very refreshing breeze in the evening. Possibility to have excellent dinner on site.

We did very much enjoyed quite a narrow road way up to the property, thru olive groves, but someone might find it a bit stressfull. Our bathroom was rather dark, which is perfectly ok in summer.

Old kitchen with only few utensils and no lighting, electricity failures, bathroom needs renovation. Hot water failures. Wifi available only in some areas. Broken ladder in the pool.

Poor internet connection No A/C, so we had to sleep with open windows, which made us wake really early due to sunlight and noises.

We loved our villa, it sat alone on top of the property so it was very quiet and comfortable. We had a little sitting area outside where we could sit in the sun and have our afternoon wine and snacks. The little farm was cute to stroll through every morning and we loved seeing momma cow and her calf. The 2 dogs that roam the property are very friendly and sweet. The gourmet dinners every night are amazing! The view from the dining room is spectacular!

The was no internet, the TV only had one channel and it was an Italian sports channel. Our water heater did not work properly and the management had to come down each time we needed to shower, to fix the water heater.
