Beautiful property with lovely outdoor seating and nice views of Tuscan countryside. Staff were extremely hospitable and always smiley :) location is perfect for train, bus or car into Florence and wider Chianti region. Room was comfortable with good cooking facilities and beautiful bedroom view. Included breakfast had variety of options and barista style coffee on offer.

Pool wasn’t open until 15th of May so we just missed out :(

Didn’t check the hot water switch wasn’t on. Or need to be reset. So no hot water for shower at mid night while coming back.

L'appartamento era bellissimo e curato nei minimi particolari, con il letto nel centro della.stanza bellissimo!soprattutto ci ha colpito la cortesia del.personale alla colazione, quel signore è stato gentilissimo così come.la.proprietaria. la colazione era assolutamente oltre ogni aspettativa, ricchissima varia e di prima qualità: da 10 e lode!Complimenti!spero di poterci tornare d estate.

 The property is magnificent. It’s beautiful accommodating and the pool is unbelievable. It is extremely well-maintained. And breakfast was amazing. The ladies I took care of breakfast. Did an amazing job not only at providing a wonderful breakfast, but the set up was so pleasing.  We rented three full apartments and my entire family loved the stay unfortunately it was very short only two nights but we’re coming back for sure. God willing.

The checking process should be made easier by having it done at the same property and not at another property.

I liked the cleanliness of the property as well as the breakfast, the free laundry room and the staff in general.

Nothing to not like, all was perfect

Everything was fantastic! Check in was informative and seamless. Pool was great! Cici was excellent with dinner reservations and staff was attentive. Several delicious food options close by. Air con is better than most hotel settings in Italy. Would come again without a doubt.

The grounds, pool and views are lovely and peaceful. Our room in the tower was as it looks in the pictures and is very nice. Great coffee machine with pods and a cute little kitchen. The washing machine is in its own service area. Parking was good for the motorbike right in front of us. Cars park further away in a more secluded area near the pool and use a different entrance. We had 3 nights and enjoyed walking into town, taking the train to Florence, which was simple enough, even though we had to change trains in Figline Vardorno to get into Florence as our initial train was cancelled. Be aware that Florence train station is very busy, but easy to walk to the main tourist areas. Turn left as you leave the main doors. Everything is easy to fine in Incisa town, just keep walking downhill. Surprisingly there is a public lift part of the way down. We enjoyed the town and the restaurants as it was different from previous areas we had stayed in.

The air con was a bit noisy and the shower is narrow.
