Had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was perfect for a girls trip group since it is so close to the beach it allowed people to come and go as they wished without much effort. The Royal Palm Grill on site was great for afternoon daiquiris! The condo itself was beautiful and fit our group of 8 wonderfully.

The is is our second stay here, and we will never stay anywhere else. The views are incredible and the layout is perfect. Everything is upgraded and clean, the beach amenities are also such a bonus to have. Cindy is fantastic to work with!

The location was awesome. Enjoyed the beach, Surf Hut was a great restaurant to stroll the kids too and there were plenty of shops as wells. The views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful!

Great location, easy access to the beach, the condo is beautiful with the view. The parking lot garage is a little small so during busy times it is hard to get a parking spot unless you wait or keep driving up and down for a good 10-20 minutes. The swimming pool is small, but we didn’t use Anything in the building except for the condo to sleep since we have Activities during the day and come back to sleep at night. Cindy is Helpful Responsive to text messages. There is a full kitchen, but if you need to cook anything, then you have to bring your own seasoning and paper towels, napkins. There are six bath towels, Two in each bathroom so if you have more than six people, then you have to wash them or bring your own towels. It feels like a normal home definitely not five star hotel with the bedding accommodation. Definitely come back if we have a big Group and stay longer than three days

This was a great place for a large gathering. The views are breathtaking and ocean sounds are mesmerizing. Heated pool and hot tubs were fun after some cool ocean if you visit in the winter months. Beach access was an easy walk. For the condo, we loved the layout. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. The only partial complaint was the lighting in the main room after dark. Wouldn't be an issue during the summer months. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting a home away from home for a few days.

We really enjoyed our stay in Destin! The condo was great. It had plenty of space and was in a great location. We only had one hiccup arriving which was nothing major since the owner immediately answered and walked us through the problem. She was extremely helpful and very nice. We will most definitely be renting this condo again!

I wanted my short Birthday celebration to be rejuvenating with ocean views and comfort. This condo exceeded my every desire. Serenity and privacy was given in this condo. We didn’t have time to experience all amenities offered of restaurant /spa and pool/bar area, the private bathrooms for each bedroom were amazing. Each room having balcony and ocean view was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in until we checked out we loved this condo. Awesome view of the gulf and beach and easy access. The condo was modern, clean, and fit two families perfectly. Cindy, the owner, was great to work with. She checked in to make sure everything was ok and easily allowed us to add an extra night when we realized we needed to. This condo is wonderful.

This was such a cool experience for us, not having to drive to the beach was extremely convenient for us to deal with the kids when needed. The apartment was spacious and the layout was perfect for us, every room has beach view and the whole family couldn’t get enough of it!

Family Friendly place
This property worked really well for our family. We were a party of 11. It is comfortable inside and a well-stocked kitchen made it convenient to cook for a large group. The access to the beach is like no other! The 10th floor view is magnificent from the inside or the balcony. The condo itself is absolutely lovely once you get inside. The lobby and hallways are a little crusty and kind of stinky, but once inside the condo, it is absolutely perfect. Cindy, the owner, is a dream to work with. She is quick to communicate and friendly. This is a great vacay spot for sure!

Perfect escape Gateway!!
This was our first girls trip and we all fell in love with the condo as soon as we saw the view from balcony. All rooms were artfully designed, had a wrap around balcony. No fights over room selection:)
There were 4 weddings on the beach during the weekend. We enjoyed lazily watching their ceremony.

We absolutely loved this property. It fit our family perfectly. The layout was perfect, and allowed everyone their own space, and there were balconies in every room. the views from every single window/ door were incredible. The view is everything!
From start to finish Cindy was great and answered all of our questions. We picked the condo in particular because of the openess and I have a dad that is wheel chair bound. We could roll him through the entire condo! The condo was clean and well stocked, plenty of room for three toddlers to pour their toys out! My favorite part was definitely the view from the balcony! I could sit out their in the breeze for days and just look at the ocean. Overall we had a spectacular week here!
