Good location and staff were very helpful.

Was a little awkward when arriving later on as there is no lift and we had to take all luggage upstairs which was a pain without a lift. We heard noises through the night every so often like a boiler sound or something kicking in every so often. Thought we had a sea view but we didn’t it was at the back or the building which was okay for us as it was just for 1 night.

Great location and competitive price,

Basic facilities, lots of stairs around the building to get anywhere. It is not really a hotel, no food services available at all, local food facilities are nearby outside the hotel, no disabled parking. Many house rules, far too many in my experience, it was like war and peace to read all the emails and check in process is excessive. WiFi available however very weak.

Really friendly welcome with lots of local information. Pointed out eateries and local attractions. The twin room was very well laid out with lovely beds, good bathroom and a smart TV. It was spotlessly clean.

Stayed before so nice to see the building has had a make over and although in the economy room really liked the little lounge area adjacent. Warm welcome and really helpful. Nice that we could access our netflix via the TV.

the double bed was broken upon arrival meaning we had to sleep apart for the 2 nights we were there.

Very good location , however I was allocated a budget room at the back of the hotel ...dark and bleak!

I didnt know that by booking through the the application I was booking a budget room, the description I would give it is Bleak! My room was at the rear of the property and dark , however the hotel is right on the seafront with excellent views. I had to get the bathroom floor mopped , it was just a bit sticky I suggest that the staff should let visitors know that if they have been allocated a budget room and allow them to upgrade to something reasonable.
