Nice location and a we had a decent 2 day stay.

Really enjoyed our few days away. The caravan was ideal for us and exactly what we were looking for. The weather was lovely which helped and we would certainly visit again.

The accommodation was exactly as described, and spotlessly clean. The camp site location is great for exploring the area

The only thing we could fault was that there were no cleaning materials or equipment of any sort. We were lucky enough to be able to go and get this but a small cleaning and sanitary pack would be a good idea for future guests.

We had a great time and were very lucky with the weather. We were able to spend our evenings eating and drinking on the decking while the kids had a great time with other kids from nearby caravans !
Just a couple of small niggles - the beds are small and not very comfortable , and the kitchen equipment was very basic- just one saucepan ??
Otherwise we had a great time. So much to do locally !

The Communication with the manager was fantastic.But the caravan itself was very dusty.There was grease all over the cooker & smelt of strong curry the smell was so bad it was more than just cooking it was in all the fabric we felt.Not nice.The complex itself was nice a clean.

Great for a short stay
Great quiet location of the park. Great communication and easy to check-in. Caravan was perfect for what we needed, just needed an extra spring clean in a few places.

Having booked the caravan at a days notice I cannot fault a thing. Communication was was amazing and I was advised of everything from the beginning. The caravan is lovely, in a quiet location on the park and the park is so clean and tidy.

Static caravan at Haven Park, Burnham on Sea
Good location, not far from the motorway. Site layout is a typical static caravan site with good facilities; a Coop, takeaways, restaurants and entertainment (although didn’t use). Site is very clean , no rubbish around and well organised with staff on the entrance to the park. Caravan was very clean and as described on the listing. Used the caravan as a base to explore the wider area.

Lovely comfortable stay
Lovely comfortable caravan with everything you need for your stay (note you have to bring towels, bedding etc....but that is clearly detailed).
Location on site is quiet and pleasant. Site is well located for walking in to Burnham-on-Sea and to the beach. Plenty else to see and do in the surrounding areas.

Ideal Location
We found the site really easy to find ..on site staff very helpful..The caravan was very nice ..my only suggestion would be mattress toppers on tbe beds as tbe springs could be felt...Sharon

Stayed 4 nights in David's caravan. Excellent communication from the owner. The caravan is situated on a nice quiet area of the site and is spacious & comfortable. Only negative I have to say about the caravan is the cleaners did not do a good job I would sack them!!
Nothing to do with the caravan but was disappointed that with the price of the entertainment passes we couldn't get a slot for the swimming pool & all other activities were booked up so felt that was a waste of money.
Overall we enjoyed our stay & would definitely book again.

Lovely caravan
The caravan is a good walk from the main area so this meant it was a lot quieter.
It was clean and comfortable
There was a confusion over the passes to the haven site. Because we did not have a haven caravan we had to pay separately for them. It also meant we didn’t have access to the on line booking system. Normally this wouldn’t have been a problem but because of the Covid situation lots of activities were booked
Despite this our three grandchildren had a fab time( 11 8 and 3 )
The animal park is well worth a visit
Excellent communication with David the owner… nothing was too much trouble

Pleasant and Clean
We just spent 3 nights at David’s caravan. On arrival following the steps it was easy to open up and stepping inside it was thoroughly clean and presentable, a lovely home away from home! Lots of amenities you would normally expect and a comfortable setting in a nice quiet area of the park. David was really quick with his responses if we had any questions
