Property is beautiful.
But most importantly, the staff is amazing, helpful, and caring!
They will make your stay in Caye Caulker one to remember.
The property has direct water access via a onsite pier, but is was being renovated while we were there and it was not safe to swim there due to the renovation being done to said pier. However, once it’s done you will access to the water via end of pier staircase to said water.

This is such a lovely hotel. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Beautiful rooms, great pool and jetty. The food was good too. Paradise !

-The location is excellent! Close to everything but far enough away from the rowdy party goers.
-The pool is nice (warm!) and the proximity to the beach is awesome!
-Bikes available to rent.

-The room was supposed to have a balcony. It looks like it used to, but they have locked the balcony door from the outside, so we couldn't open it. I sent a message to the front desk staff inquiring but did not get a response back.
-Deck stairs were undergoing repairs so there is no way to get into the ocean
-The pool water was very warm. Literally like bath water!
-Weird bathroom situation- the wall doesn't go all the way up. There is a cut out section at the top of the wall (for ventilation??) However, it lacks privacy :( and you can hear everything!

For some reason there were tiny ants everywhere. if it wasn’t for the ants I’d give it 10/10.

We had a problem with the room rate. We paid for an upgraded room but the staff were not interested.

We had issues with the TV in our room, it was not a major issue as we were out and about most of the time we were there.

Located right on the Main Street of the town and within east walking distance of everything. they came to pick us up and dropped off at the ferry despite being super close. refilled the water each day. room was spacious and cleaned daily. pool with swim up bar was great. would stay again

Beautiful, clean, private, quiet, the room and rooftop view, the pool, the people, the food, the drinks.
Th only thing I would change is where the TV was located in the room, other than that, it was absolutely perfect! oh, and the fact that the bathroom has an open ceiling to the room. 😊

Checking was easy, and the staff was very cordial and helpful. The young lady at bar was attentive and provided great services.

We loved our rooms. They were spacious and all had some sort of mini-kitchen. We had beautiful views of the pool , property and sea from our balconies. We really appreciated that there was a restaurant and bar on site. We took full advantage of it! The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were great! Everyone was so helpful, friendly and accommodating! The location was perfect! We were steps from the water ferry and were in the heart of town.
The hotel has a roof top with incredible views, but it is in need of some work. We went up there several times, but there is not seating and it is rather messy. It could use a good cleaning and some renovation. It is a great space, but it is not very welcoming as is.

The rooms were very comfortable with nice furnishings and decor. A kitchenette with stove, fridge and microwave was nice also. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great location. Nice pool with access to bar. Beautiful beach area with swings and pier to jump off into the water.
