restaurant was great, very accommodating. lots of wildlife on the estate - we saw lots of lizards! the wifi didn’t work at all though unless at reception. we had a warm welcome from the staff.
the pool wasn’t clean but we were visiting out of season. there was no wifi which was disappointing.

Fantastic. The rooms were great and clean, good facilities in the room. Pool was amazing. We were the only guests and the staff looked after us well. They even let me stream the Rotherham Utd game on the TV in the bar!
Few cosmetic issues were being addressed after the COVID lull, but they took nothing away from our stay.

Rath in the restaurant, Shu was great, and all the staff were attentive and friendly, also an amazing pool,only10ft from my amazing room. Thanks to everyone for making my stay special!

Staff was brilliant. Really helpful. Even without our request they have promptly turned on the Jacuzzi. Pool was also wonderful. We were given superior Delux room due to my genius benefits where I was only eligible for just a Delux room for the price of a standard room. Bathroom was huge and clean. Hotel premise also wonderful and well maintained for a nice evening/ morning walk. Bed, pillows and linen are clean and comfortable. Room was provided with international power adaptors.
They could have improved the dinner menu a little bit.
