Very good balance between number of guest and facilities, never had to worry about having a sun bed at the swimming pool or beach area. Room was very comfortable. Good breakfast. Hard working and committed staff. Also location was nice and quiet, but still within walking distance of Rogoznica center.

Hotel has good potential, but there are some inconsistencies in service levels, staff not always amicable and clear when interacting with guests leading to misunderstandings. Apparent owner and his guests (including children) were also on the property and occasionally very present and vocal giving guests the perception of being of lesser priority to the hotel.

Big rooms and easy location to walk to shops and restaurants by foot. Pool area was nice too and marina was good but alot of rubbish and cigarette butts

Not enough food for breakfast with how many people were attending. Staff left dirty plates on table for ages and no staff were exceptionally nice. Also food at the bar pool was not nice

Rogoznica has very limited offering for Bolt/Uber services, but only 10min walk to Rogoznica "center" from Perla Resort.

Nice location by the sea

In overall accommodation was good and clean. still cleaning could be improved especially the floors in the apartment and the at the corridors and stairs.

Amazing location, right in front of the beach. Big clean rooms, comfy beds, free wifi and parking place. Rich breakfast and nice staff. We got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment.

the bar could have stayed open later ,closed at 10, wifi was down 2 days before we came back which made it hard to fill covid forms and check in for flights , there was not a great choice of english speaking tv programmes bbc world and cnn i think were the only 2

ALL EMPLOYEES ARE VERY, VERY PROFESSIONAL and going above and beyond for the guests. However, unfortunately, that can not substitute to very poor facilities and horrible conditions in apartments.

Apartment had some very strong smell. Furniture is cheap, old , full of stains.. Preety much I was afraid to sit at the couch or any chairs in the living room. Beach looks lovely but it seaweed is so high that it is not pleasant for swimming. The elevator smell horribly. The overall impression of cleanliness at the pool is poor all looks very under-maintained, so consequently you don’t want to use the pool as you are concerned of cleanliness.

No outdoor opportunity to eat. The initial room presented had water in it. The fridge in the second room had not been cleaned. The sea was at the end of a bay Wirth no circulation.
