The breakfast was very poor only 3 Options eggs sausage oats Maybe chips n salsa one morning one selection of bread which was white bread which wasn’t fresh the 1 st day we were there . Only bananas everyday. Once had papaya. And pineapple another day

The sheets were soiled and off colour even when we changed rooms after complaining the towels were also off color n soiled n small the air conditioning leaked n stained the walls . Toilet n bathroom area was clean

Los niños no pudieron usar la piscina porque había un evento privado y a las 10:30 am aún no lo habían limpiado…adicional se encontraban jóvenes en ese evento consumiendo sustancias por la nariz a la vista de los que fuimos allí en familia con menores Los actos indebidos no controlados en ese evento privado en el área social cerca de la piscina donde todos los huéspedes tienen derecho

La ubicacion

El estado del mantenimiento de las instalaciones, la cerradura de la habitación se bloqueo, nos tuvieron hasta las 5 am esperando, luego el gerente nos dijo que reembolsarían el 50% de una noche y hasta la fecha no ocurrió esto.

The location was ok

I am totally displeased at the room that we're given it smelled like wet walls and I have asthma so we asked for another room. On the 3rd night they said I had to pay after returning from the mall because they assume we were spending another night to which I told them my reservation was for 4 nights. I had to show them my reservation again in order not to pay anything additional. I will never stay here again. The breakfast was also very basic with only one type of eggs and no omelet station. I don't like this hotel.

Staff were great, they helped us as we had a late flight and they stored our luggage and so when we'd had a day walking round the city we could get changed and refresh for the flight. Pool area is fine and there is a little gym.

The food has changed. Most were awful like the pizza and shrimp with white sauce.

Breakfast was just the same, coffee mug to small. The staff leaves toast in the toaster. Room not clean, toilet flush bottom behind the seat, shower floor slippery, aircondiontion not working properly, floor noisy,hallway to dark and ditry, filty colour. Location perfect. Parking space too small for a big car

Breakfast was pretty good. I loved the staff the best excellent service they helped me get to my cruise and book a taxi and called me to check on me when I was running late

Something complimentary to eat for late check in would be great! I arrived late after a full day of travelling from Canada

The ubicación is good.

The hotel is old, during the first 3 days we stay in a room next to a construction and the smell was horrible, we try to change the room and was impossible until we saw a cockroaches in the bed and the staff immediately changed our room. Also the buffet was so bad, one day we try to ask for a breakfast to pickup because we have to left the hotel early and they just give us a banana with bread.
