The location was good. The property has a very nice view. But that was quite all. The staff is nice and understood our issues.

The Management is rude and the informations are misleading. We booked 4 People and 4 rooms like it is in the checkout of booking.com. (Screenshot attached) We didn´t look threw all 45 photos to find a small text for additional policies. It means if you book for 4 people you can only use 2 Bedrooms what makes not really sense if you aren´t couples. After they made us paying in cash to use the other bedrooms for in total 8 people another friend joined us. In the morning they refused to make us more then 4 breakfest because we booked originally for 4 people even if we payed for the 8 people. Very disappointing stay. This place is really nice but the management made our stay uncomfortable.

This villa is all-time favorite villa, I took my family on this 2nd trip, and they very loved it. So huge, nice views, secluded. Perfecto!

Location of villa is private and a bit off the main road; it's very spacious and a great place to entertain a group of friends. Provided a secluded and quiet feel to the place. Staff was helpful and did their best to accommodate our requests (though language was a barrier occasionally).

The villa, while nice, could use a refresh in a number of ways. The towels and linens, while clean, were stained from many uses. The bathroom also had stains on the tile and shower/toilet; there was hair in the shower drain and water leaked into the bathroom from outside during heavy rains. There were a lot of black flies (over 40) inside the house when we arrived which was concerning but at our request, the villa team sprayed and the flies did not appear again. Lastly, there were security cameras inside the living spaces (not just outside), that gave it a bit of a 'watched feeling'.
