Sloppy location, no reception, parking in the dark, dirty room (requested to the manager a cleaning after ascertaining the presence of dust on the table, bedside tables and floor which was finally not done), dirty walls that need a refresh, objects such as chairs and bed headboard extremely ruined, second single bed that was included in the booking was not brought to the room - or rather, I would have had to help the attendant to bring it to the room because it was heavy, cobwebs and spiders in some corners, no attention to details.

Decent room, good size, kitchenette, decent bathroom. Easy walking distance to the train station.

Not an easy checkin because no front desk like a regular hotel. Had to call and talk to someone who talked me through the process and buzzed me in a gate and door. But the the key card was not in the room as the staff person told me, so I had to wait until another staff person brought it. Not a very convenient process. The price was high for the accomadations in my opinion.

I'e never seen a bathroom in a hotel as clean as here - it was like ' WAAH!' The rooms are clean and functional. We arrived on Sunday evening when the bakery was closed and still managed to check in easily. A great base outside Milano

My only complaint would be the noise. Room is close to street and for some reason Italians like to accelerate.

Check in process was friendly and accommodating. The room was modern and clean.

The listing 'two bedroom apartment' is not a two bedroom apartment - it's a one bedroom apartment with an additional bed in the living/kitchen area. We used the bedroom for the kids and my wife and I slept in the communal area. The air conditioning was not working (though I did not ask for it to be fixed at the time). Our room was at the end of the hall and the wifi did not extend far enough, we had to stand by the front door to use it.
