Place was always warm. Good hot shower. Not to far to ski lifts. Car parking. Good boot room.

Bathroom smells of sewage. We were told that this was normal for livigno. We have stayed in other places in livigno and never had this problem. Very poor lighting. In the bedroom they have 2 single beds. In the sitting room there is a great sofa double bed along with 2 single beds on a mezzanine. Can't understand why they don't have a double bed in the only private room.

Close to the centre and the slopes, accommodation older but clean and spacious. From our point of view ideal location. Friendly staff, we will definitely be back.

The location is perfect near the lift and the personal was very good and helped us with everything we need.

The receptionist is really nice and always there to help and find solutions. The room was very clean and the position good.

Good location, less than 10 mins walking to the center. Room basic but fair for 1 night.

Old building so walls of paper. Worst experience was sleeping with two rooms close with a baby crying in one and in the other unpolite guys singing all night long. Very loud!!!

A reasonable price.

The room was extremely hot, even throughout the night when the temperature outside had dropped! The bathroom was different to the picture of the room that we booked. We had a big group of extremely noisy people arrive and disturbed our sleep on our last two nights even though we complained on the first night it still happened again the following night! Even though the price reflected the accommodation if it was offered to us free we would never Stay here again!
