The whole service needs to be improved. If there is a service, it will only provide purified water on the first day of check-in. No matter how many days you stay in the future, there will be no service or drinking water. So think carefully, if you need the convenience of the location, there is still OK

Good for a longer stay, or if you need to work. Very good wifi connection, 2 separate rooms with table/desk, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom. Good location, close to restaurants and everything what you need. Nice beaches are 8 minutes by motorbike (on west side of an island)

There is a faulty fire alarm in the building that love to wake you up at odd hours, and walls are paper thin, plus the price was a bit extreme

Terrible experience from the get go. The apartment I booked & paid for based upon the photos (purple couch) I selected from the apartment options was not the apartment I was checked into on Booking.com Totally misrepresented & misled. I communicated this to the staff member on checking in & also by text message to TropicLook within a short period of arriving - Crickets…no call back no communication, nothing. No show by any representative on checking out either. Horrible experience overall with one way communication pathway.

No coffee table or place to set down drinks when seated in the lounge area. I booked a self contained apartment so I could do some basic food prep & reheat meals. No knife to go with the 1 fork provided. For the price paid, there are so many better options to stay in Rawai - cutlery included!

Perfect location, I did get a free upgrade. I arrived before check-in time and Artur, the manager, met me for the check in. It was all very smooth. The apartment was super cleaned, plenty if natural light, Very nice big pools (unfortunately I didn’t use them as weather was not great). I would defo stay here again next time I am in Rawai

Very clean, modern and well equipped apartment. Love the rain shower and the balcony facing the pool. Located next door to 7-Eleven, Family Mart and various restaurants and cafes. It's also about 15 mins walk to the seafood market where you can buy fresh seafood and get the restaurants to cook for you. We took the Smartbus from the airport and was happy to find out that it stopped right in front of Title condo reception. You can also book the shuttle service to Naiharn Beach at 100 baht per person return. Totally worth it as Naiharn Beach is really amazing. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely book Title Tropiclook apartment again next time we are back in Phuket.
