everything in the apartment was excellent

I didn't like the communication between me and the company because they took a long time to respond to my email or give any extra information

When we arrived ,we had the most lovely welcome with the Host called Nara , She made us to feel more than welcome, we definitely recommend for family and Friends . The apartment it’s absolutely complete and it’s has all comfort you wished for .I think this is my 5th stay .I will definitely come back .

All was perfect and desirable, only an suggestion I would add an small shelf next to the shower to hold some shampoo and conditioner or soap.

Very comfortable apt. You pay exactly for what you get. The host was waiting for us at night, and it was really easy to contact with the host by email. Would be happy to come back.

Location is great, close to shopping centre Vasco da Gama, buses, train, underground.... great great. And great for who doesn't want to drive is Lisbon as it is 5 min away from the Vasco da Gama bridge (A12).

The garage, the spot is right at the last underground floor (-4) and for a medium car needs to be careful if you do not want it all scratched.

Lo staff who should reply on the phone on your arrival il talking only Russian Transfer doesn't arrive, even requested.

the location is super perfect

This enormous and very modern apartment is perfectly located for transport and shopping. It also faces east over the Tejo River, with perfect sunrise views from the panoramic windows. Everything you could possibly need for self-catering is provided - full sets of high-quality crockery, cutlery, pots etc are provided. The appliances are all very modern. Every single thing has been thought of - although there are many restaurants nearby in the Vasco de Gama shopping centre and dining out in Portugal is very good value, by making use of the enormous Continente supermarket in the mall we saved a good deal of money. We were also looking mainly for privacy and quiet most nights, so this suited us perfectly. The water pressure is very good in both bathrooms, one of which contains the shower. The decor is very stylish, and the enormous master bedroom and smaller twin room have oodles of storage space. The electric roller blinds block out the bright Portuguese sunshine perfectly. The apartment is also truly spotless, from top to bottom. The company asked for feedback on the day after arrival - we pointed out that there was a fault with a window / cigarette burn marks on the floor when we moved in. This was acknowledged promptly.

I like a firm mattress, but these mattresses were very firm. Additionally, the pillows were as fat as full-sized sofa cushions. Softer pillows should also be provided.
