Amazing host and great pool and hot fub to relax

Everything was amazing at this B&B. The staff (Heidi), the room, the breakfast. We had a wonderful time in a perfect location in Brugge.

The staff were very friendly and very attentive. The rooms are really nice , cosy and spacious. The breakfast the next morning was very good as well.

The only downside was the pillows on the bed these were more like cushions as opposed to proper pillows.

The B&B was Gorgeous in a Beautiful location,the service was excellent always asked if we needed anything else.Heidie was really helpful & a lovely person couldn't have asked for more Definitely worth a look for a romantic break.....

We loved our two night stay. The photos are beautiful but do not capture how truly magnificent the property is. Our host was fantastic. The bedroom and bathroom were luxurious. The hot tub and living room area with bar was a big bonus.

it was simply beautiful. The location was 5 mins from anywhere and right in the river. simply stunning.

great location. beautiful suite overlooking both the canal and the garden. very quiet and peaceful. great breakfast with a glass of champagne. easy access to the hot tub. honesty bar.

can’t tell for the other rooms but the bathroom of our suite did not have a door so lying on the bed you have a view of the toilet.

Location is absolutely great, in a center but still quiet street. Beautiful outdoor area with a garden and swimming pool. Heidi was very friendly and helpful. Great size suite with everything you need.

As it’s quite an old building the isolation is very poor, you can hear other guests upstairs very well. Also no airco which was a challenge with 32 degrees heat.

No Bathroom door, I did read this before I booked but did struggle with this.

restrictions on time. we travelled for 7 hours and arrived 15 mins early so no one was there when we arrive. Day of checkout we were leaving later and we’re allowed to leave our luggage at reception until 2pm (again we had to give a specific time which isnt ideal when you’re on holiday) and didn’t feel we could use the pool or even stay inside while we waited for our taxi.

An exceptionally beautiful place and spotlessly clean. It felt like we were in the quiet countryside but in a central location, right in the old part of Bruges, beside a pretty canal. Have stayed in many places worldwide and this was without a doubt the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Tastefully decorated mixing stylish luxury with traditional and 'on trend' designs, incorporating up to date facilities. Personally delivered, freshly prepared champagne breakfast was excellent and very relaxing taken alfresco. The heated garden pool and hot tub completed the holiday perfectly. We will return!

Beautiful building in the best location. Heidi was a fabulous hostess and made the most delicious breakfast. The pool was a delight in the heatwave.

The heatwave made the room very hot, but it’s a beautiful old building that doesn’t have air-con. We were given a fan to help keep us comfortable which we were very grateful for.

Heidi - our host, made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. Our room decor was amazing and the location perfect for sightseeing in Brugge.
