The location of the house is great and the view from the balcony breathtaking. The studio was really clean. Furniture were new. The kitchen was fully equipped. All the basic necessaries were provided to us (body shower biological oil, hair biological shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc...). The mattress was really comfy. The cleaning lady was really kind and was passing everyday. Indeed the television was really small as mentioned in previous comments but, we didn't come to Skopelos to watch the TV so we didn't mind at all and didn't even open it once. The bathroom wasn't really spacious but more than enough for the normal use (people complaining about the bathroom in some comments should be aware that they are renting a studio not a luxurious suite) ; no storage in it but, the studio itself has more than enough. The owner was really kind. We will come back the Kallithea studios without a second thought.

The only difficulty we faced was to find the studio at our arrival. Just a small signalisation showing the direction of the studio, once we arrive in Stafylos would be a great help as the GPS isn't working really well. But it is located in a small and cute place, so by asking people you can easily reach it. If you get lost, once you arrived down to Stafylos, just look on your left, you will see a restaurant and will find the owner in there for sure as he is also owning the restaurant.

The shower hasn't a 'cubicle' so when you shower, it's water all over the bathroom.

Scenic view, Nespresso machine, comfortable bed.

Terrace has zero cover from the sun and rain. All your towels will get wet if there is rain and you can barely be on the terrace with direct sun. Shower curtain non existent, absolutely no shelves, whole bathroom is flooded after one shower. The access to the property is very steep, and on car crowded narrow street. Missing - partial kitchenware.

The studio is cleaned every day, towels are changed and no one disturbs you. The view from the terrace is beautiful and there is complete silence most of the time, so you forget all the things you don't like. :) Owners are nice and wellcoming.

The shower is small and has no curtain. There are no mosquito nets on the windows to prevent insects from entering during the night. The refrigerator blows warm air and heats the room, which is why air conditioning is needed from time to time.

This Studios was just a perfect place! The host and the cleaning lady are great! The studio was very clean and comfortable. The view is just amazing! The best place to live in the island. Studios owner is very friendly and lovely guy, always ready to help! They gave us the best service! Also I strongly recommend stafylos restaurant in 3 min from studios! We have tried different tavernas in skopelos port and downtown, but the tastiest was in stafylos restaurant. Also they have good price policies. My best recommendations, already ready to come back. Thank you very much!
