The pool and rooms were fabulous.

I felt like they took advantage of the fact that there is little close by; the restaurant and gift shop where they sold snacks were highly expensive. Rooms rates are priced reasonably, yet everything else you need to consume in the hotel is not reasonably priced. The “gym” they refer to is very basic. It is a roofed outdoor area with different types of weights and yoga mats.

Aesthetically very pleasing. Rooms huge and pool area well designed with a beautiful view. Staff mostly friendly and efficient.

The rooms had nowhere to hang anything. No wardrobe, no cupboard- literally not so much as a hook in the place. Over half the sunloungers were unusable because they had no shade. No water available at breakfast: you have to buy it in bottles!!!

Love the size of the pool and the amount of shade around it. The size of the room and bathroom were so overly generous.

Grab bar in the shower would be a good idea for safety

It was a great location, within walking distance to the beach. The pool was amazing!

The only issue we found was they didn’t serve water with meals. If you asked for water you were given a bottle which they charged to your room. It would have been nice to know this in advance or even at check in.

La ubicación, la amplitud de las habitaciones, las vistas y decoración del hotel, el desayuno fue excepcional.

Los precios del restaurante son un poco altos.

Un excelente lugar para ir a descansar, recomendado para siempre.

המקום יפיפיה, נקי, במיקום מעולה. החדרים מרווחים מעוצבים בצורה נעימה, השירות אדיב וזמין. התמזל מזלנו בדיעבד, והיה לנו חדר עם נוף ובמיקום הכי קרוב למסעדה ולים. בחדר השני שעברנו אליו , זה כבר לא היה כך.

1. אין דלת לחדר המקלחת. 2. המיטות מאד לא נוחות וכן הכריות המאד נפוחות. 3. המסעדה הייתה יקרה בצורה הזויה ביחס לגודל המנות ואיכותן. דוגמא 2 פרוסות טוסט אבוקדו 18$ 4. בארוחת הבוקר הכלולה במחיר, אין מים. כשביקשנו הם סרבו לתת לנו, ואמרו שאפשר רק לקנות מים. זה הרגיש באופן כללי, שהם לא נדיבים לאורחים.

The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the beach on a slope with beautiful views of the water and beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Within walking distance to several local restaurants.

Best hotel by far in the Samara/Carrillo area. Have been here several times and will surely go back!

When there's no electricity in the room/hotel (we're in Costa Rica, so it happens), you can't sleep with the windows open since there are no mosquito nets. I'd re-think about this detail.

Far from Samara (need a car) and from any restaurant very poor wi fi in the room (and no wifi at all during the night…)

The hotel is located on an elevation with stunning views of Playa Carrillo. The rooms are very spacious with terraces. The swimming pool is lovely and the restaurant has a varied menu. The best part is the staff who are available, kind and keen to provide good service. Shout out to Fabian at the reception, Alonso, Benicio, Rene and especially Gil at the restaurant who also lent my friend his phone cable as she had forgotten hers.

The wifi is unstable sometimes.

The pool is just incredible at all times of the day but especially at sunset. Watching the sunset from the water is just amazing! The cabanas by the pool are wonderful. The rooms are spacious and have glass fronts where you can watch nature just happening. Breakfast is great too.

Absolutely nowhere to hang clothes….. no wardrobe or even hooks or rails. it’s such a shame as the rooms and bathrooms are great but this makes it harder to stay for more than a few days

Our view was amazing! Pool was beautiful and food was exceptional.

The wifi was bad on our top floor room. We complained several times and were told someone would come to our room and reset the router and that never happened. Also, our room was sparsly furnished. We had no bedside lighting and no closet or dressers. We had to leave our clothes in our luggage. There was a close rod on the bathroom, but it was very low and my dresses bunched on the floor. There was shelves in the bathroom as well, but they were high and our clothes would be messy and would wrinkle if placed there. There was no iron or ironing board available.

The food is delicious, on the restaurant all staff is perfect on guest service. Specially Jose, who giving honest true attention to all guest. Familiar athmospere from kind people reason.
