Excellent location if you want to be a little out of town for some peace and RIGHT next to the beach. Beautifully curated space, nice furnishings, lovely private cactus garden area. Aesthetically very pleasing. Good coffee / machine provided. Host / onsite staff really helpful and welcoming. Arranged an AMAZING masseuse to come and also provided yoga for a small fee. Desk space for remote work AC definitely a welcome touch! Hammock for relaxing

There is no option for breakfast as self-catering and the price you pay for being out of town means no close shops without a car / transport. No pepper in kitchen (salt / olive oil / sugar all provided)

Everything was fantastic. Super cute accomodations, exactly as the pictures show. Very close to a lovely beach. The hosts were amazing and very helpful. They had boogie boards and a surf board. Close to everything you would need. Wish we would have stayed longer!

The property is awesome. Unique concept of tiny house : vintage caravane fully renovated, designed with style, care for all the details, decorated with a lot of taste. The passion of the owners for architecture / crafmantship is visible inside and outside. A lot of hours spent to make this unique corner, a little peaceful place with spacious garden to enjoy the area, close to the Carillo beautiful beach and far from mass tourism. The lovely owners are enjoying to share their beautiful lifestyle with their guests and are helping you to organize activities. Thanks to them we enjoyed the dolphins ‘tour with snorkeling with octopus local organisation. It was amazing to discover so many dolphins and 1 wales with friendly local people. The sunset was incredible as well ! The best place we enjoyed while in Costa Rica : a must do & highly recommended ! We arrived from La Fortuna by shuttle door to door and we left by local bus towards Samara where another bus brought us back to San José Airport. We were back packing and we loved it all. The best memory!

The caravan was beautiful. As well as the location. We woke up on the porch in the morning and watched the red macaws fly overhead. We had howler monkeys as an alarm clock and the sound of the waves when we fell asleep. Loved all of that! A true paradise for insta influencers (which we certainly are not though). We loved the vibe, the hammock (but it did not love me back, that’s for sure!) and the outside shower! Everything was so clean and the bed was so comfy! Don’t forget to go get a cinnamon roll at Roots Bakery in Samara. Best ever!

We were there with a family of four. Two adults and two children. Downside was really the sofa bed. This is certainly not for two people and two children aged 4&6 would not fit together. No way two adults will fit, so renting out for four is maybe not that fair… What we also found kinda weird is that we had to pay $15 for a broken mug and a glass. We totally understand that it is a bummer and that it was not very pleasant, but we think the price we had to pay is rather high.. (And actually we also think there is a risk when renting to families with small children. Perhaps plastic cups and plates are an idea for little ones, because we did not had that option now). WiFi is not working very well. And yes that is such a gift if you just travel, but we had to work abroad so had to be creative.

being able to relax in a space that wasn’t just a hotel room was amazing. The outdoor area and hammock were brilliant and being able to cook and prepare food was really great especially with a young family.

Everything was perfect, the camper is super clean and very nice with a splendid patio and garden in which you can relax and have a barbecue. Kris was super friendly and helpful. She organized surfing lesson for my daughter and an amazing horse ride in the forest! The camper is close to a fantastic beach. For me and my family has been a tremendous experience!

It has everything you may need, and everything is beautifully set up. You can seat outside and listen to the ocean.

I liked everything.

The whole stay was just amazing. Keys were dropped by the owners who took their time to explain us everything and gave us tips for the area. Location is perfect, you have the ocean right in front of the property and the beach is very quite with very few people. La Caravana concept is very unique and special. In the camper you have all you need, it’s super comfy. Also you have for yourself whole green garden with bbq area, cactuses and extra toilets and shower. We enjoyed a lot!We will try to be back!!

The whole accommodation was stunning and so unique. It was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything we needed was there. Kris and Guillermo were extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was straight forward. The owners are very environmentally friendly and promote sustainability within La Caravana. The surrounding grounds were perfect for chilling. We felt safe at all times. Highly recommend a stay here!
