Great location. All amenities were very well maintained. Bathroom and kitchen supplies were excellent. Books games and other entertainment items were a welcome surprise. Beds were very comfortable and towels were good quality.

Lock on main bathroom door did not work.

Not very clean, tiny mice inside the house, bins were full when we got there, toilets were blocked, dirty pool.

House was large, and beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 8 kids. Ease of access to the property on arrival with code. Some thoughtful touches like aeroguard and sunscreen available together with pool floats for the kids. Location was lovely with a few curious kangaroos.

Pool was not clean on arrival, which was remedied after we contacted agent but kids lost time in the pool while being cleaned. Grass hadn't been cut, weeds were growing everywhere, including through the back porch - huge area for kids to run around that was unavailable as grass was too long. Back area was filthy, hadn't been cleaned in a long time. For the price per night it was unacceptable. Nespresso needs descaling. Toilet door stuck - several people got stuck in there! Property has great potential but needs to be kept maintained to be worthy of the huge cost per night.
