not only was the location perfect for Bracciano Home, but Marina, our guest host was fantastic! Great restaurant recommendations, as well as the surrounding area for lunch etc.. two to the proximity of Rome yet the quiet location we will return for an extended stay!

it was fine!

Our host was amazing. She met us at the site when we were directions-challenged :) She explained the history of the building and she had beautifully renovated this apartment. She showed us through the apartment with perfect accommodation of 3+ bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, beautifully decorated, amazing kitchen with ALL the facilities we could ask for, and a delightful balcony from which we could view the sunset with our G&T.

Nothing !! It was perfect.

the noise during the night coming from the restaurants below was a problem.

We absolutely loved this location right next to the castle and restaurants. The balcony and comfortable living room was a welcome reprieve each day. Sadly there was a problem with bad smell from toilets that seemed to get worse at night and made sleeping unpleasant. The owner was lovely and said she would call a plumber on our check out day. The owner was kind and helpful to us in every way. We will return next Spring if issue with toilets is resolved. It’s a “gem” of a place otherwise.

As stated above there was a problem with stench from toilets. Owner said a plumber would be called. It’s a beautiful medieval building that was delightful to stay in beside this problem. It’s September and there are still mosquitoes. With no screens this was a minor issue.

We loved the location, Very central in a cute Italian town. Marina met us with the keys and was extremely helpful with tips and information about the town and what to see and where to eat. Beautiful apartment, perfect for a family stay or with friends. Lots of space and a large kitchen if cooking in is what you want ! Beautiful view from the balcony and a lovely spot to have a morning coffee in the sun. Lots of storage space so perfect so long stays and you can unpack and settle in there. Lovely restaurants close by and a delicious ice-cream spot right downstairs. Only a short walk to the lake. Wonderful trip all round !!

Large, nice and spacious apartment in the center of a town. Basically 4 bedrooms, two on the ground floor, one on the second floor and one on the third floor (a narrow staircase leads up). Small narrow balkony. Lot of books. Large kitchen - everything you need is there. Several bathrooms. 15 minutes walk down to the lake. Lots of walking uphill - which is a very good cardio workout ( we liked it very much ).

The air conditioning is on the ground floor, the upper bedrooms can get quite hot. Early morning noises - from collecting bottles and church bell, but this is common in the city center.
