A pleasant and restful place, especially when the whole apartment is booked by one family or a group of friends, as it is a ground floor flat turned into 4 or 5 rooms with en suite bathrooms. There is a common space with a kitchenette, majority of rooms have an outdoor space. There is a welcoming bakery/cafe practically next door. The building is in a green residential area about 25 minutes on foot from the station and 40-50 minutes from the lake.

One of our group had a room without a window. Supposedly it was a wardrobe turned into a single room. That could only work if the whole apartment is rented by one group and even then is a serious minus. People tend to expect windows and natural light in the rooms they rent. Bracciano guest house does not need to damage its reputation with this kind of surprise. It is otherwise a very welcoming place.

Location was good. City was amazing. Stuff was very cool. Did not charge extra for late arrival. Had parking spots. Food around was amazing. Worth every cent

The shower was good. Bed was comfortable.

Room was very humid and there were some spots with mould. The room was also very small with not enough furniture. Not very clean. Tiny TV.

Coffee was nice, well decorated rooms and even a mini terrace. The location ir great and the locals there are welcoming as well.

The bathroom was a bit funny and small, but it wasn’t that bad.

The cleanliness, the quiet climate of the area, the security of the area and the comfort of the room.

Nothing special to mention.

The Sri Lankan young man who welcomed us was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The apartments are in a quiet neighbourhood, a short drive from Bracciano. There is good air con and free parking.

The room whilst well decorated, was unfinished. There were electricity cables coming out of wall, the hob on the cooker didn’t light, so we had to go out to buy a lighter. Some of the exterior rendering is unfinished. There was minimal equipment in the kitchenette. I hope they can finish the room as the property does have a lot of potential.
