The location, The flat was nice, with minimal decoration and everything you need. The host was very thoughtful and ready to assist at all time. The parking is very close to the flat

The shower pressure isn’t good! Also avoid using water in kitchen and showering at same time otherwise no water will come from the shower.. the mattress in bedroom was very soft and the one in sofa wasn’t comfortable at all. The flat is good for maximum of 2 adults

It is right on the edge of the old town. Good (separate) control of heating/cooling in both living room and bed room. Nice size bathroom, good size shower.

I don't think we were told that there is a washer and dryer in a common area that could be used. I would wonder if would have been in use by another guest if I had needed it.

Posizione centralissima, ottimo punto di partenza per muoversi a piedi nel centro di Malaga A circa 250 mt dal terminal Renfe che ti porta direttamente in aeroporto in 4 fermate (12min) nella zona piccoli supermercati, locali e qualsiasi servizio . a due isolati c'è il Mercato Atarazanas L'appartamento ha due ampie camere da letto ed un angolo cottura fornito di tutti i servizi (es. macchina nespresso, bollitore, microonde. piano induzione etc). Confortevole il bagno con doccia ampia e bidet al piano terra del fabbricato ci sono dei locker dove è possibile lasciare i bagagli al momento del check out Ottima la comunicazione e la disponibilità dell'host Graditissima la bottiglia di vino

Traffic noise

A lovely and comfortable apartment with all you need for a short stay - comfortable beds - great location looking out on to the avenue and close to all the sights, but quiet at night. We appreciated the bottle of wine and water left for us in the fridge - thank you!

The external balcony frame is rotting and looks a bit precarious.

Have stayed in these apartments a few times as very easy to find & convenient for train/bus stations. Very comfortable bed & enough kitchen facilities for a short stay

The bath towels were awful quality & too small - sounds a minor niggle but it let the quality of the whole place down

Perfect location on Alameda drive between train station and main shopping street and walking distance to swimming beach, Alcazabar and Castle. Easy to navigate around and felt pretty safe. Apartment was easy to access (no contact with anybody for checkin), neat, clean and quite new. Hosts were easy to communicate with and left a lovely gift for me. Would recommend 😊👍

Only thing that was an issue was the noise coming from a giant fan outside the building. I don't know if this was to do with construction next door or the underground system and so also don't know if it's temporary or permanent. But it was very loud and keep switching on and off. Seemed to be mostly off at night though thankfully. This is not the fault of the owner at all but just something to be aware of.

It is very well located and really clean! Also, the beds from the single room were really good!

Very noisy. The front door of the building is really noisy when it closes. It is like the noise is inside your room. Also, the air conditioning in the couple’s bedroom was making a really bad noise and we had to turn it off even with 34 degrees outside.

Perfect location: close to the train station (to arrive from the Málaga airport), close to both the old city center and shopping centres. Appr. 2km walk to the beach, and local buss lines goes very near (= easy access to the beach). Two supermercados and several cafés located very near. We had two bed rooms with proper air condition and light blocking curtains, comfortable and tidy beds: perfect for our needs.

We had issues with the key locker code (wrong one given to us), issue was handled by whatsapp chat. There were little ants in the bathroom, some in the kitchen too, but those issues didn't ruin the very good experience!

Our stay was very good and the apartment was excellent. Nice touch with some cold water and a bottle of wine.

The signage for the apartments could be made more distinctive.

Very central place, clean and comfortable. Everything was prepared and ready for a short stay. Very intuitive check-in, no issues with the keys, incredible vibe of the entire building and neighbourhood. As a family of four we really enjoyed the stay.

There were mosquitoes in the rooms even though we hadn't opened the windows.

The location is fantastic - everything is within a short walking distance. The entire apartment is well designed and very comfortable, all appliances worked well, and the rooftop terrace was a real bonus, particularly on our month-long stay. Our special thanks to Antonio in the management office who was so helpful, and to the cleaning team of Sandra and David who did such an excellent job!

The flat-screen TV was very good - however for long-stay English-speaking guests it would be great to have at least a couple of English-language channels. News channels such as BBC, Al Jezeera, or NHK would be a really good addition to the amenities.
