Home is a beautiful property right on the lake in a nice neighborhood, Close enough to shopping, breweries and restaurants yet it feels private. Would recommend and would return.

I have only great things to say about this house, property, and location! The house itself was so nice and clean, and perfectly laid out for 2 families to stay in. The backyard and deck were clean and had ample chairs and tables to use. The lake is beautiful and we made good use of the kayaks and paddleboard that were available to use. The hot tub with a perfect view of the lake was also a big hit! It was also very nice to have an outdoor grill to use. The location is great too - very short drive into town and wineries and breweries nearby. We had a wonderful time there and hope to go back!

This property is beautiful. Well kept, clean, and the views are spectacular. We rented for a long weekend for graduation at RIT plus birthdays and Mothers Day. Had many events for the graduation that we didnt get to enjoy many amenities at the house like the hot tub or kayaks/paddleboards but they are available. Definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting the Finger Lakes region. It is a gem.

This home has everything to enjoy a few days by the lake. The views are spectacular and the deck, fire pit, hot tub, and 2 kayaks are great for spending some time outdoors.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful property. We kayaked and visited the wineries. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to go back!

Beautiful home on the water. Backyard with fire pit was great and the deck is huge with a great view of the lake. Super convenient to town yet still very private. House is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable and the layout was good for our family. Lake was great for kayaking and the runners in the family loved running on West Lake Rd. (plenty of hills)

We enjoyed the lake views and many amenities of the property, including kayaks, hot tub, fire pit and indoor fireplace. The owners were quick to respond to all our questions- they were great hosts. We would love to stay here again.

This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. The home was exceptionally clean and had every thing we could have possibly needed or wanted. Furniture and beds were comfortable, extra blankets were easily accessible, and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the staples I could have imagined. The view was great for beautiful sunrises and the location was convenient for a day trip to Niagara Falls. Would return in a heartbeat.

Great location:right near town and right on the lake. With great views of the lake, the house appears to have been recently updated and very comfortably accommodated our family of 5. We enjoyed some time in the hot tub and taking the kayaks out on the lake.

The home is beautiful and the photos are accurate. Going during the colder months we got to enjoy the fireplace and they provided lots of wood! The home is absolutely clean and well cared for. All furniture is comfortable and the jacuzzi is just close enough to run in and out for during a snow fall! Owners quickly respond, are courteous, and seem to genuinely care about your stay. We loved it so much we booked again!

Very clean, comfortable home. The weather was wet most of our stay so we didn't enjoy the outdoor areas as much as we would have liked, except the hot tub which was great. But the deck would be awesome in good weather and the view of the lake is fantastic. Short drive to town, so convenient for groceries, restaurants, etc. Well stocked kitchen. I liked that there is a gas stove and a good set of knives (just something to consider if you cook a lot). Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great house in a beautiful location! We celebrated Thanksgiving and a major birthday for my wife with our three sons. The house was the perfect location both to celebrate the holiday and birthday and to explore the many offerings of the area. It has a nice open plan with two sitting areas and everything was convenient. Bad weather interfered with some of our plans in the region so it was a nice consolation to come back to the great fireplace (with more than enough wood provided) and the awesome hot tub. Wonderful experience!

Everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together was available. The house was tastefully decorated and there was plenty of room for our gathering. Great communication & details provided. We'd Definitely go back!

The house was so clean. And it had anything you possibly could think of! Minutes away from breweries and restaurants!! We look forward to staying again!

This beautiful home was the perfect location for a fall family weekend. The home was spotless, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. The fire pit, kayaks, and hot tub made for a great time for all ages. The view is just spectacular. We'll have to come back again when it's warmer.

Instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Property is beautiful and percect for a
small family or a grown-up get-a-way. Once all the grandkids got there, it got small very fast, but we managed. I am sure in the summertime when most activities are outside, it would be fine. Hot tub was great and spacious. The house is styled in white and blues, so make sure little fingers and food stays in the kitchen, which is easy, since there is a big eat in penisula. Overall, a great experience. Had to ask for the check-in instructions, which were not available by 3pm, but owner responded promptly and we were all set by the time we arrived. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time and the family wants to get together every fall. The house has a great layout and was clean as a whistle. The deck is spacious and private and works well for eating outdoors. Located close to town, Wegmans, Starbucks and Rochester (for sightseeing, The Eastman House was fabulous). Eric recommended several EXCELLENT restaurants nearby that we all thoroughly enjoyed.

This home was absolutely perfect. The home was clean and had everything you needed. Beautiful deck and yard. Great location, 3 minutes to town. We were there for a family girls weekend and it could not have been better. Really enjoyed the hot tub and fires at night around the firepit. Owner was quick to respond questions. Would enjoy another get-a-way at this perfect home. Thank you for a great girls weekend at your home!!!!
