Súper buen ubicado, todo nuevo y muy bien cuidado completo no le falta detalle.

La única pega que pondría es que nos quedamos sin agua caliente cuando nos ibamos a duchar, en verano te da igual pero en invierno no hace gracia. Y un poco molesto un sábado noche por que se escucha todo

El apartamento tenía de todo, se notaba que la reforma es reciente, bonito, funcional y en pleno centro

Las ventanas eran las originales, muy bonitas pero antiguas y no cerraban bien y no aislaban nada el ruido exterior y el aire. Nos quedamos un sábado y por lo visto está de camino a la zona de marcha, con el consiguiente ruido durante toda la noche, difícil descansar así. Deberían instalar ventanas aislantes entre la cristalera exterior y los ventanales de madera interiores, quizá los apartamentos que daban al interior del edificio fuesen más silenciosos, a tener en cuenta si te quedas en fin de semana

Está todo bastante limpio, incluida toallas y sábanas. Dejan suficientes sábanas, plumones y ropa de cama para el sofá. Ubicación ideal para visitar el centro de Cádiz. El wifi funciona estupendamente.

El colchón está muy hundido por el centro, demasiado vencido. Me he alojado con anterioridad en este mismo piso y estaba bien. El jabón de la ducha es justito. Echamos en falta alguna cápsula para el café y azucarillos.

Internetforbindelse er meget dårligt. Jeg skulle arbejde online med andre i Europa, men det var ikke muligt. Der er for mange user, der bruger samme router.

The facilities and location are super nice, plus the apartment is sparking clean. Great for the price!

The only thing I didn't like is the wifi, it's pretty slow so keep that in mind if you're planning to work from home. Phone coverage is very poor so you might not be able to use hotspot either.

I like just about everything about this property. Communication and instructions on accessing the property were clear. I was able to check in early. Much appreciated. The exceptionally friendly cleaning staff had the apartment spotless with a good supply of towels. I love the apartment. It has exposed brick in every part of the apartment. It had a small balcony with two shutter doors that opened up to the street view. The washroom was big and great size shower. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking small meals. It had a nice sofa and a table with 4 chairs. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. It has a washer but not dryer. But there is a terrace on the rooftop where you can hang your clothes to dry. Location is perfect. Just 3-5 minutes walk to shopping, restaurants, cafes and 10 minutes walk to the beach. I would definitely stay at this location again

I did not have any success with the wifi. I just could not get a connection despite multiple tries. For anyone with mobility issues, the stairs leading from the first to second floor may be a challenge. Book a room on the first floor if mobility is a concern. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Good location, spacious well equipped apartment. The AC/heat is in the bedroom so in winter it takes a bit of getting used to how high to set it to be comfortable at night and then it is still quite cold in the rest of the apartment. Overall, a good stay, I would stay again.

A message with the check in info was sent to me by WhatsApp so I could not find it when I arrived. I suggest sending the info through booking.com messages AND WhatsApp so there is no confusion about where it is. I think perhaps the info on the booking.com message may have been cut off so maybe check on that to be sure the guest receives all the info. That may have been the confusion. I had two try calling two different phone numbers to find the apartment number at check in but it was solved within a few minutes. I sent a message about the Wifi not working and also had to send messages to two different numbers but the second replied pretty quick and it was just a matter of unplugging the tv and replugging it. Overall, everything was good.

Great location. Difficult to find as there were two numbers on the outside of the property - one above the door and one to the left of the door. There was also no signage or name on the building so we weren't sure where we were! There is no reception or onsite host so if you arrive early you cant' leave your bags with reception

Hard to find and it was noisy but to be fair it was new years eve and the locals partied loudly until 7am! If you go again on a busy night request a room at the back of the building.

The apartment was clean and cosy. It was easy to get inside even in late hour.

Wi-Fi didn't work.

It was well located & looked nice; was very clean & was a comfortable functional space.

The door lock was very difficult to open. The outdoor electronic lock didn’t open on our second night to let us in (despite us both trying with the correct code) - when I phoned the number on Booking.com for help they hung up! I had to go to a local bar to use their facilities & ask a waiter to call the number & ask for me. He was redirected to a different number to call! So it went on…. Not good host service. Finally we returned to the apartment with no help but luck - someone else had left the front door open! The bed was also very uncomfortably soft; I had to sleep on the couch!

Great modern spacious apartment with everything you could really need. Lovely quiet local neighbourhood with supermarket and restaurants close by. Loved the decor.

The flat is very nice, super clean and in a great position, so close to so many charming spots of the city!! The check in was super easy and I love that we have access to the rooftop area . Yes, the street downstairs is noisy during the night but I didn't mind it honestly...Cadiz is not silent and that is the beauty of it!! I had a great experience and I would recommend this place to friends. 😎❤️

No knife to cut bread. A washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes. No corkscrew. There appears to be a problem with local resentment of gentrification which I can understand if properties are taken off the market for the exclusive use of holiday makers. For this reason we will not be staying here again. Problem with lots of debris falling from unfinished walls.
