Bed….too soft causing lower back issue only washer no dryer. It would be a nicer touch for the owner to provide beach towers & extra toilet papers and some basic cleaning supply in the kitchen like sponge , dish soap, cleaning cloth, paper tower.

The host is not well organised with booking. I have booked the room on 9 May 2022 to stay on 23-25May 2022 When I arrived at apartment on 23May around 1.30pm. There is no one know about my booked. I have to called property manager (even her didn't know about my booked too). The manager have to called and check with host and she said the host was missing my booking !!!! After the problem fixed and got room to stay. I can entry my room around 3pm it quite late time for me to check in :( Moreover, the room was not clean enough especially bed pillow case and scatter cushion.

No toilet paper, microwave didn’t work and they should at least give us some drinking water to start with.

Several problems with services and facilities. Broken microwave and leaking hoses. No internet.

We loved the pool space, which was spacious and the slide was a lot of fun for the children. Rules kept changing based on the staff around regarding what toys were allowed in the pool, which was not easy, and certain areas of the pool are broken and therefore blocked off, which was a disappointment. We LOVED the location being right on the beach and within walking distance to a 7-11, several small food stops, and not a long drive from anywhere in Hua Hin. Having 2 full bedrooms plus a lounge and kitchen space was also nice!

Collecting the keys was a bit tricky, as we were delayed arriving and therefore didn't get to the property for quite some time. No arrival information was given BEFORE we got there, which wasn't very helpful as we did not know where to go, where we should meet the property host, where to park/etc. This information would be good to receive before arrival. The wifi didn't work AT ALL for the first 3 nights / 2 days. The host finally came at the end of 2 full days and spent an hour changing the router box. This was, however, disappointing as it meant we were unable to use any internet unless we used our own cell phone dataplans, which isn't ideal if you want to watch a movie online or something similar. The property had a few small issues with it: one of the bathroom showers didn't drain properly and so flooded within 5 minutes of usage; another bum spray gun leaked so it made a noise in the en suite all night every night; and the property lacked certain things that would be nice for a 5 night stay like ours such as tea towels for drying dishes, extra toiletpaper, spare towels (we had 4, but there were no beach towels or a beach bag). Small touches like these would make the stay SO much nicer! I also think having an information folder for guests upon arrival would be nice: outlining check in and check out procedures, rules of the property (we were texted by the manager to let us know we could not hang towels over the balcony banister as it was against property rules, which is fine, but would have been nice to know beforehand), etc. These small touches go a long way to ensuring the guest is well informed and comfortable throughout the stay.

The condo without warning decided to spray for mosquitos without informing the residents or exercising any caution. We had dangerous fumes in our room with young children and overpowering smell of insecticide. No attempt was made to warn residents or close windows. The swimming pool are filled with cracked tiles and dangerous. Overall not a good experience.
