Could not beat the location. Perfect gulf view from living area and balcony. The 3 bedrooms provided plenty of room. The pool area was nice and clean.

This was a great property in an ideal location. We were 2-3 blocks from everything we could want. For the trips any further, a $7 Uber ride got us there and back. The property was just as described and the beach views could not be beat. The entire property was well maintained, the pools spotless. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway while still being close to the nightlife, I would highly recommend this property. The owner was great for communication as well. 5 stars!!

Great location which was convenient for our short family beach getaway. The apartment was great. I was glad I read earlier reviews and brought a bigger folding table for our family of six to eat at and play games. The other table is very small. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy for us to cook our own meals. I'd certainly stay here again.

This condo was perfect for my family’s Christmas getaway. The location was close to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store right around the corner. The kitchen was well stocked and I had everything I needed to prepare our holiday meals. The best advantage was the close proximity to the beach which allowed early morning viewings of the sunrise in our pajamas! Teri was friendly and available to answer questions. The fourth bed made this trip perfect for my three kids. I will definitely choose this unit again!

Beautiful views from this condo! The pools here are the best I have seen at similar condo buildings. They are clean and large and nice and deep - up to 8 feet in one pool! The owner was super helpful right away with the questions we had upon arrival. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards… available to use. And you can also order chair and umbrella service set up for you!

We had a great time. The condo is on the beach, just a very short walk to the shoreline. Overall clean and well-equipped with little extras that really made the trip. Teri was very responsive to questions. The pools were nice and clean, and the spray hose to clean off from the beach was conveniently located.

The condo was very nice with a beautiful view of and easy walk to the ocean. There was a bit of noise from the people in the condo above us but nothing we couldn’t live with. The kids enjoyed the pools. The water at the beach was gorgeous on clear days, beautiful blue green and clear. We had a very nice stay!

This is a wonderful place right on the beach!! Our family had a great time! Fully stocked kitchen, updated interior, and super comfy beds, as well as everything you need for the beach! Terri was fast in responding to any concerns and Juan the manager was on top of things!!

The property is lovely and very well maintained. The pools, pool deck, and grounds were clean, manicured, and inviting. The property manager was friendly and visible throughout the week. Check in information was clear and helpful. I would recommend Beach House property to others.

Spacious condo right on the beach with two pools and a hot tub!

This condo is in a great, central spot on the island, which we loved! Very close access to the beach with a great view from the balcony! Property itself is nicely maintained, with gated parking, nice clean pool area, clean elevator, outdoor hose sprayer for cleaning feet, etc. The condo owner, Teri, was very nice and excellent as far as communication, easily reached by text, which I appreciated. As for the condo itself, it's very spacious. Plenty of space for my family of 7, and we really appreciated all the sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards already there for our use. A few necessities were missing, such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. There are several stores close by to grab these items, but they should've already been in the condo. More than just a between-rentals flip, someone really needs to come into this condo and do a deep cleaning in the kitchen and take stock of what is there versus what should be there. (For example, there are approximately 57 knives to use, but not a single dish cloth; a million drinking glasses but an odd hodgepodge of dishes.) Many items in the kitchen were dirty and needed to be washed before use, but the owner told me a new cleaning service is going to be better about this going forward, so perhaps future renters won't have that issue.As far as the beds, the king bed in the master is very soft and lumpy so not very comfortable, but we did okay. The two full-sized beds in one of the other rooms are an older wooden box base style, and if you do rent this condo, please take this piece of advice from me: before everyone bangs their knees and shins into the giant exposed wooden corners (and you will), take a bath towel for each bed and shove it under the corner of the mattress to hold it over the bed corner. Your knees and shins will thank me. Another reviewer mentioned a lack of towels. We had plenty of bath towels, no issue there. (You will need to bring your own beach towels.) More kitchen towels and certainly a dish cloth or two for wiping down the counter throughout the week wouldve been appreciated.One last item I'd mention is kitchen seating. There are a few barstools and then a very small table that will tightly seat 4. However, if youre coming with a bigger group like mine that likes to play cards together or sit down to eat together, you can't.With these suggested fixes, this would be a 5 star place! We really did have a great time!

We enjoyed the place very much. Found one large cockroach but clean place .would recommen it for a place to stay.

The owner was great, and I would like to give it more stars but, and I understand that the owner relies on a cleaning service, so this has more to do with the cleaning company. Both showers had sand. The floors in the condo though were clean, house keeping must empty the mop bucket in the showers. The return vents, and bathroom vents were full of dust. SPI Rental, a different company; who manages other condos, but not this one,, had crews for other condos, NOT wearing masks, which should be reported to TREC as required, were shaking rugs over the balcony where guests pass by to access the pool, spitting over the railing on the sidewalk. THE BEST PART, THE location is great, almost walking distance to the grocery store and the local bicycle rental and some of our favorite restaurants, safe to let your kids come and go. Swimming pools are shaded at times. Easy to "social distance" If you need, there is a washer and dryer for the building. Bring bath towels for your stay, we had 6 in the unit for 7 people. I will stay here again.

We loved the condo! It was clean and comfortable for the five of us with a great view of the beach from the private balcony. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed to cook all of our meals as we ate in mostly. The only complaint that we had was the lack of towels and washcloths. We had a total of two washcloths and five towels. This was not convenient for the five of us but we made do. This was by no means a show stopper for us and I would highly recommend this place if your are thinking of staying in SP. We would stay here again with no hesitation. Also, Teri was wonderful to deal with and answered all my question in a very timely manner.

Clean property, quiet, but a long walk from the beach.

We travel to SPI yearly. We have stayed in several condos. What I liked most about this condo was it was very close to the beach. 2 pools. The picture of the beach view don’t do it justice. Negatives would be more on the house keeper ...wasn’t as clean as it could have been. No w/d but I knew that coming into the place and packed accordingly and again they provided lots of towels. The other 2 rooms have no TVs but we are on vacation and prefer it that way. Pros- they left lots of toilet paper and towels to use. I loved that there was hand soap in the bathrooms.. lots of spices to cook with. Lots of space. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Loved how quickly the owners replied. You can see the fire works from the outside of the balcony. No need to walk in the crowd of mess at Loui’s . Again we go to spend all day on the beach. Beach access is one of the closest compared to other condos. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did

Smooth process from making the reservation to checking in and out. Condo is well-equipped from kitchen equipment to beach chairs and even sand toys. Perfect for families.

We LOVED Teri’s condo! The beach was literally in our backyard and when we needed a break from the sun & sand, the 2 pools on property were a perfect shaded retreat. Great beach views from our condo balcony to enjoy sunrise and sunsets and we were able to cook plenty of meals for our family of 7 in well stocked kitchen. Best of all, Teri was friendly and always available to answer our questions and meet our needs. We will definitely be back!! Thanks Teri :)

We enjoyed our stay in the Beach House unit. Plenty of room for 2 teens, a baby, and 2 adults. Well equipped kitchen, beach equipment, and necessities such as soap and trash bags. Washer and dryer was for the community and not in the unit but otherwise everything was great and convenient. The pools were cleaned each morning and the grounds were beautifully kept. Looking forward to another visit here again!

We enjoyed meeting with old friends at your condo. The rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. The beach is close and the pools are nice.

Perfect for families, plenty of parking and accessible parking, process was simple and condo was beautiful and clean. Would definitely return.
