Service mind staff … wifi is not working whole night if u stay at room103

Bed was comfortable.we showered with hot water .

The receptionist and the security were not welcoming.i like my coffee in the morning unfortunately i couldn't because the water in the room is borehole water and it is written in black and white that it is not good for drinking..

I like their room mostly because it's always safe and clean, even sound proof that means you sleep quietly.

I was sleeping in the ground yet i like upper rooms but it's just a matter of preference

We just had a little problem with the TV, It was not working

The Stuff was good, was a nice area to stay.

He room we booked didn't have working air con. We had to change to another room and it did not have good room service with regards to bathing products. And it had no carpet from the bathroom. Cause the flooring was cold. It was not really comfortable for the price. The bath tub tap was weird. What you see on pictures is not what u get

The fact that they allowed me to check in early. The staff were very accommodating and hospitable. The room was clean, modern and cozy.

The staff were extremely friendly and were very professional. The rooms were up to standard. I enjoyed my stay at the La Orchard Hotel.

I liked everything about the place, very clean and quiet. Home away from home

There were blood stains on the bed and wall. There were also scratch marks on the wall.
