Very spacious. Very clean. Beautiful!

Beds were very hard. Remotes were not working properly. Needed a few more towels. And tissues and paper towels would have been great for the price we paid per night.

The resort was a beautiful oasis to stay at, serene views over the pools, tropical gardens. Well designed and aesthetically pleasing with friendly staff. The property was clean and well maintained with all the amenities you could ask for. A quiet location easy walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. I could permanently live in our two room apartment, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The winter weather was perfect for us Southerners!

The spacious 2 bed apartment was located in the Pullman temple resort . So had the benefit of large living room, courtyard with bbq and kitchen but also the resort facilities such as all the pools, gym , daily free activities such as wine tasting, animal encounter etc. The hotel pool cafe was great too.

The wifi was terrible. I did check prior on wifi as my husband had to work a few days it he found to very hard to get do meetings and conference calls

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and supplies were perfect. The location is private and quiet, only a few minutes walk to town. The pool was amazing and staff were exceptional. We will definitely be back!!

One spa bath didn’t work, but it didn’t make any dent on our stay.

The pool was fantastic day and night. The balcony was awesome. Gardens were gorgeous. Beds were comfortable.

The fan speeds were either very slow or tornado style! The decor is a bit tired and old fashioned. It could do with an upgrade and a few more details and nice touches.

Comfortable, good shower, dark room, privacy, quiet, good pool, car parking. The sparkling wine was very much appreciated.

Lack of small freezer in the fridge is very limiting (ie cannot make ice, store ice cream). One of the bedside lights was not working. No instructions provided about how to access TV streaming services. A broom would be useful so that the floor could be swept (it gets dirty after a weeks stay). No bottle opener provided. Two more pillows and some more beach towels would be good. The bed is filthy underneath.

Location was great. We did have a visiting snake appear on the balcony in which the Managing agent did come the next day to ensure everything was safe. Resort facilities a little run down however lovely place to stay.

We would suggest the following need to be attended to. - [ ] Bedroom Door damaged and does not close well, - [ ] Kitchen light between fridge and laundry needs replacing - [ ] Kitchen above stove bench lights not working - [ ] Exhaust fan- fan is sort of working however if you slide out the glass plate there is nothing to stop it from sliding completely out and falling on the bench, which is safety issue. - [ ] Exhaust fan is filthy and it appears it has not been cleaned regularly as dust could fall into the food which cooking on the hot plate. - [ ] General cleanliness is poor particularly the bathroom, build up of grime on surfaces, shower toilet metals parts, shower rose, skirting boards etc. - [ ] Bathroom - tiles need to be cleaned - [ ] Rusty bins and toilet cleaning brushes - [ ] Balcony Louvre panel are difficult to slide and need some maintenance - [ ] Balcony louvre panel , one louvre in a panel is broken - [ ] AC, appears the AC return air vent has not been well maintained and filthy - [ ] AC fan is partially working, however when the fan is on high, the airflow at the vents is very low especially in the bedrooms - [ ] Kitchen- very disappointing setup with next to no cooking equipment I.e broken and rusty utensils, rusty utensil tray , no food processor or bender or mixer, - [ ] Cleaning , no vacuum cleaner, how do you clean the dinning chairs and lounge and floors - [ ] Limited personal care products provided for 10 night stay - [ ] Dishwasher tablet expenser does not operate well and therefore dishes are not washed - [ ] Bathroom: unfortunately there were no face washers or soap holder provided.

the front service staff were sometimes rude about us staying in a private apartment, for example wouldn’t let us borrow an umbrella in the torrential rain when offered a deposit for the umbrella and having no other options as the hotel restaurant was closed for refurbishment

The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped. It was clean and had lovely views of the resort.

Excellent resort with wonderful facilities for families. It was great to see a different activity planned each day at the resort. We will definately be back.

No outdoor shared BBQ facilities were available. It would be nice to have an outdoor dinner close to the pool.

This is our 3rd stay in this Hotel. We love the location & the pools.

We noticed when we pulled back the sheets that the top sheet was badly stained. Refer Photos. The floors were also dirty. We text the Manager/Owner the next morning (asking for the sheets to be changed) and never heard back from them over our 5 day stay. We stayed in the Studio Suite. (as a couple). Next Door studio room had a baby who cried continuously during the 5 days. We could hear the baby the whole time. Next time we will be looking for a child free Hotel.

The Sea Temple resort was a relaxing and well kept resort. The room that our family stayed in was comfortable and perfect for a family of 4. The apartment was spacious and contained great sized bedrooms, ample storage, a kitchen, a laundry with washer and dryer, an ensuite for both bedrooms, a great size lounge room and dining room and an extra lounge area on the balcony. This room also had the best view of the pool area both day and night.

There was nothing not to love.
