One of the most beautiful places we stayed at. We had the view of the mountains. Family enjoyed the pool and game rooms. We visited the near by lake Cauma. The entire stay was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond! We will visit Switzerland again!

location was great, Apartment very nice and clean, pool open till 10pm, very nice game rooms for little kids and teens also.

check in first at 4pm, check out already at 10am. (the cleaning lady was knocking at the door exactly at 10am) never paid so much for a pet at the hotel. 77CHF is just unbelievable….

Everything was great!

Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Outside seating area was perfect. Even with Summer temperatures the apartment was pleasantly cool. Good location, very close to the lifts. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I did not like the fact that frying pans were not non-stick, but I managed eventually.

apartment is fully equipped, but there wasn’t hairdryer we found one cockroach inside I booked the apartment with a balcony, which was for 2 nights in 50euros expensive than apartment in the ground. I paid and got apartment on the ground. when I said about it at the reception, the woman promised to solve this problem and come back to me. but unfortunately no one came. So I paid more for cheaper apartment. Very sad. It was our first trip to Switzerland…
