The property was good and clean

the location was terrible. The first moment we pulled up to the hotel we saw cars in the street with broken windows to them. The safe box in the hotel room did not work and made us feel unsafe to have cash in there. We also heard everything from downstairs and in the hallway making it feel like someone was going to break in. The area was very unsafe.

Good value for the money.

A deposit was claimed when we stayed at the apartment and it is still held by the premises.

Parking security was poor (lack of trust).

Bad smell from shower. One elevator out of service, need to wait too much for the one in use

1) Hotel located near to metro (2-3 mins by walk) - easy to travel to the City Center. 2) Comfortable bed. 3) Acceptable level of equipment in kitchen and bathroom.

1) Not so tidy. 2) Induction hob was really poor - very difficult to fry anything (rather boiling...). 3) Fridge was so loud - annoying during the night. 4) Safe wasn't worked properly. 5) Very low pressure of water in shower and long waiting for the hot water - uncomfortable during taking the shower. 6) Slow internet and difficult access (connection tend to get lost, necessity of repeated logging after moving out from the room and going back). 7) Staff has not prepared invoice although I asked for that and highlighted that it is very important for me.

They charged a high deposit of 150 Euros and never refunded it. I need my money back!

The studio by itself is big and clean. The location is also near a Metro station.

The receptions are really bad and unresponsive. At arrival, the reception did not check-in for 30 minutes since he was playing with papers and doing his own work. I never experienced any reception as bad as this one in my whole travel history. Keep in mind that there is no room service and you should clean the room and wash the dishes when you leave the room. Even when you ask reception to provide toilet papers you should wait them to finish their call and again not responsive. The shower holder does not work and you cannot shower easily. The rooms are good but the receptions are awful.

I was asked for a £150 guarantee deposit before being allowed in and this I was not told during my booking

the cooking pots do not have cover, the hall way smells very bad, and a lot of dust. the room and bathroom is very clean but the hallway in 7th floor is not clean
