The most amazing thing about the apartment was the view that we could enjoy from within the apartment or on the huge balcony. Although the apartment is located outside the center, it wasn’t a problem for us, because we travelled with a car and it was only a short drive to the sights. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious, there was airconditioning (we were in Brno during a heatwave), electric blinds for the windows which made the rooms dark at night and a parking space in the garage. The host was really friendly.
The overall experience was very positive, so there is nothing to point out.

Very calm, private place, still very close to main roads that get you to the city center or public transport. Covered parking included. Great equipment. Amazing terrace with a view.

The apartment is very aptly named as it is AMAZING. From the moment you walk into the living room, it has the wow factor, even better than the photos. The view is incredible,(stunning at night) the apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The balcony is large and has seating, the bed is comfy, there are two tvs with Netfix access and a beautiful bathroom. It's around 10 minutes walk to a shopping mall and the tram which takes you straight into the centre of town in under 15 minutes.
The hosts are very responsive which is always a positive and very kindly allowed us to check out a little later.
All in all 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Will defintely return.

We expected it to be an amazing apartment and it delivered exactly that! Spectacular views, amazing interior design, all amenities are there, bed is big and comfortable, plenty of places to sit and relax, balcony bigger than some hotel rooms we've been, underground parking with a big entrance gate, supermarket and public transport nearby.
At night we felt like living in Hollywood overlooking LA!
Be warned that a shortcut through the woods is possible but it is a steep walk, and definitely recommended to be done in the direction from apartment first, otherwise you will get lost for a while.

Extra bed is too small. Sofa bed would be a wise investment for future guests.

15 minutes drive from the center, but it wouldn’t be the issue. Very spacious and convenient apartment. And staff was great, very kind.

Very clean and spacious apartment arranged in the way we wanted (sleeping places). Perfect service - we travelled a long distance and just at the moment we arrived, we got a key and all travelling information together with good restaurants and places we can go with kids. Everything was exactly like it should be :).

A spacious apartment with a comfortable bedroom and kitchen equipment. Beautiful view of Brno from the balcony. Very kind owner of the apartment - he explained everything clearly and handed over the keys to the apartment. He recommended interesting places and restaurants in the city. And it was right :)

Nothing, maybe a bit far from the center of Brno (12 minutes by car), but the view from the terrace is great!

Apartment is absolutely stunning with excelent parking option ( in garage), nicely furnished and in really good shape. Nice plus is huge terase with view over Brno and air connection. My 5 years old kid definitely enjoyed the huge TV with Netflix and monkey lamp :). Definitely worth the money if you are looking for nice, well equipped flat with parking. Thank you Martin for welcoming us upon arrival.

This is our second stay here. Martin is an amazing host. The views are fantastic. The bed is very comfortable. There is secure garage parking. It's close to a shopping mall with a grocery store. Quick drive to downtown for nice restaurants. We will continue to book this apartment everytime we visit Brno.

I really liked the apartment- the location close to the MUNI campus, then the spectacular view on Brno, also the nice, warm and welcoming staff. Really- a great experience and warmly recommend to everyone visiting Brno!

Martin was a great host. We arrived with a car. It was very easy to find the location. The garage is conveniently located in the basement. The apartment was well equipped (even had an oven!) and clean. The view was breathtaking!

This apartment is indeed amazing.
Martin is a very caring host! I Arrived one hour later than we appointed due to traffic and long journey, he was waiting in front of the apartment perfectly in time.
The apartment has a modern design and is equipped with everything a business traveler would need. Towels, soap, hairdryer, Iron, Ironing table, toaster, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine with some lungo caps for free...
The view is fantastic too. Garage lot is there too. Wifi works just perfect! Would book (and will) again!

The apartment is on an easy-to-find location,around 8 mins to drive from downtown/amenities.

The apartment is set on a hill overlooking a forest and the beautiful scenery of Brno. The apartment has big windows and a spacious balcony for guests to fully enjoy the view. Cleanliness of the apartment was no issue as there is a cleaning service at your disposal. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups. Martin, the host, is extremely helpful and saw to all my needs making sure my stay at this apartment was pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and have no complaints.
Everything was perfect. It was clean, the views were beautiful and the apartment had all necessary equipment.
