Central location within walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Close to buses and easy to catch taxi. Very large apartment with full kitchen and comfy bed. Owner is extremely helpful and I was happy to meet him one day. He assisted me in calling and reserving a taxi for 5 Am for me to get to the airport for an early flight.

The bathroom shower was difficult because water went all over bathroom floor!

The host is such a lovely human and his communication about early check in was much appreciated. He opened up early for us and even helped carry the luggage up the stairs. The apartment is in a beautiful and central area and the street it is located in has such a vibe. The apartment is perfectly quiet inside.

We were on the top floor so it was quite a walk up the stairs each time we got home, but the beautiful old stairs actually make it a more authentic experience. There are apartments on lower levels so if you are not able to walk up all the stairs I recommend chatting to the host and I'm sure he will make a plan.

The location could not be beat for central access to Lisbon. Restauradores was just a few paces away for Metro, Gloria funicular, and many city and tour buses. The apartment itself was perfect for a short stay as a traveling person or couple. The host Ricardo was amazing and very communicative and helpful with lugging the bags up to the top floor. He offered suggestions on top Lisbon sights to see, also he is a fluent English speaker.

Stairs - for anyone with mobility issues, know that you will have to climb many stairs to get to your apartment. Our Bathroom -unfortunately not in good shape, particularly in the shower where the walls were cracked open and there was active mold growth. Some fixtures were loose as well ( tap, toilet, towel rack). Its small size would be a tight fit for a wide person.

Fantastic location. Appartment had everything you need with some character features too. Double glazing helped cut noise from the many nearby restaurants. Didn't meet the host but he kept in touch and responded to queries straight away.

Not a major problem for us ss we travelled light but top floor apartment not for the faint-hearted with lots of luggage.

Location is the best, very close to everything and very central. Even though I didn't see the person to hand me the keys, the check in and check out was seamless and nice. Everything was as advertised. Thank you Ricardo.

I stayed in apartment #102. Few things to look after to make it perfect 10/10: bathroom door handle was loose, toilet seat lid was loose, toilet sink tap loose, drawer underneath bed was with two ripped pillows. None of the above disturbed my experience as I was traveling alone and only went to sleep and shower.

super central, convenient to be reached and access. The host was very quick in response and when we asked additional towel and to fix something he was very quick in response i would definitely suggest and reccomend to try

Location was amazing.

TV not working, disappointed with the view. Not enough towels ( only 1 small bath towel each ) even for 3 nights, we are late 60s and had to climb 3 floors wish I had mentioned this when I booked.

Location / owner communication

Appartment very small and very uncomfortable. Pillows are extremely small and thin. Bathroom was dark and shower was leaking (there's no door so water goes everywhere) and mildew issues. In our Appartment the wifi didn't work and I never figured out the tv. Kitchenette was very small to say the least. Many light fixtures were hanging from the wall and there was even water leakage damage on a wall.

Simple but fully equipped. Position super central and perfect. Possibility to leave luggage at stirage room before departure.

The apartment was in general nice and in an old building with high ceilings, several rooms, an own terrace, double doors, kitchen, 2 bedrooms

As the bathrooms have no air circulation it wasn't that comfortable with all the humidity/smell.

We arrived late after 1.00 AM due to plane. The Appartment was not ready for us . There were no sheets, no towels for the children, and the floors were very dirty. My husband had to go and kindly ask for sheets in the nearest hotel. The manager replied to my message only at 11.30 am the day after. In the meantime we have decided not to stay despite the fact that he said “now everything is fixed”. I trusty and honestly believe that we should get reimbursed for the 2 nights we have spend on this place , but no answer and no gesture so far.

Location, size of the apartment

It was great apartment to stay in the center of the city, but it was uncomfortable to arrive because of the construction around here. Apartment was clean, cozy and safe as well as staff was nice to us.

No elevator so I had to walk up all stairs to the 4th floor.
