The property is located in the city centre but building is completely a mess as in very dirty buildings and unkept

apartments don’t look like the pictures on the site, the washing machines don’t work properly and the hob kept going off so could not cook anything. tv in bedroom had wired cut and draws fell apart when I opened them

being able to cook my meals , but didn't have enough stuff for you .oven dirty and hob , just wasn't for me ,

the property itself could do with updating, it's nothing like the photos, dirty in places the tiles in bathroom are loose and grout is coming out , tiny 2 seater to sit on ,

everything it was nothing like advertised. it was tiny, smelly and dirty

I reported that the only draws in the room were broken on arrival, also that the TV ariel was missing, so no in room entertainment.I was promised this would be dealt with, but wasn't.The oven was filthy inside and had residual pool of fatty liquids in the tray, and on the base of the oven,the smell was odious, so never reopened it or used it.Dirty pans, with the same problem of residual food burnt into them.Wardrobe didn't have any hangers, so no where to hang anything up.Douvets so badly stained with various products, even blood stains, so I bought one in the market myself.Same with the towels, need to be thoroughly deep cleaned before they are laid out for guests to use.I could go on further about the issues but will stop here.This is by no means suitable for anyone with a child who is still a baby,no lift working,carried a child's buggy up 5 flights for a lady who lives here as her main residence,struggling to get herself and the child up them.Booking .com, should accept responsibility for some of this, seeing they are the ones advertising this accommodation, do they actually check out these premises on a regular basis, so advertising standards are maintained, and what you see as advertised is factual, and not a fantasy.I paid my money, and expected a clean, well maintained property, but yet again feel ripped off.

shower broken, flat was unclean, many facilities listed were missing, very noisy and looked nothing like the images.

nothing it’s was the worst place I’ve stayed in my life I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. I can’t begin to explain how awful it was I’d rather sleep outside

everything cockroaches used condoms dirty sheets smelt awful

Very helpful host..lovely size apartment clean and tidy . Would defo stay again
