Very clean, warm & cosy. Designed very nicely, looks very beautiful. Very cute little details all around the property. Had everything we needed. Clean cutlery, a fan, shampoo, shower gels etc. Loved the idea of everything.

Only downside is the parking but they do give you a alternative car park a street below.

jacuzzi bath with the tv was good

everything was spot on and it had everything you need all in this apartment.

property was nice and clear with everything is on the pictures. the property manager was very helpful and tried to accommodate special requests as much as possible and suite 3 hot tub was good

bed was uncomfy - needs a new mattress and boiler was next to bed which was noisy at times

Nothing. We were left in the building with not a lot of information. Couldn't turn on many of the lights. Bedroom lights had bare wires just laying behind the bed

Your provided free WiFi. But after I messaged him for the password. He said he would send it over. He didn't. We didn't have WiFi for our entire stay. That's disgusting. I needed WiFi for a lot of reasons. When it was our final day. We were supposed to be gone by 11am. That's fine. 9:30 the electricity cuts off. We couldn't make breakfast. Dry our hair. Charge our phones before we go. Never have I ever stayed somewhere this bad. The parking was horrific. I had to message and call and call to find out where I could park. He said around the back. access to this was awful. Tight back alley. Glass everywhere. Trees blocking access to it

the property indeed was very clean and lovely smell to walk into

we never saw the host himself up on arrival it was basically contact through the phone which wasn’t the best as in the morning we didn’t have the code for they key box and rang over 5 times for help but no one answered. & the hot water in bath didn’t work. i

It was very cosy. The lights were a nice touch. Cooking facilities.

Remote did not work for the TV in the bathroom. Couldn’t find the hairdryer (to early in the morning to message owner).

The apartments as we walked in smelt amazing , clean and fresh the host was prompt on our arrival, and was clear on instructions of use in regards to the property. The spa bath was amazing and bed was comfortable. On leaving met with the housekeeping lady, she was polite and friendly.

Although was stated free wifi there was no code to connect, on trying to connect to open network, connected with no Internet. And the occupants in adjacent room could be smelt smoking, (this left the entrance smelling on entry) (around 1.30am) although I am a smoker made effort to go outside in accordance with the rules. As wouldn't want to ruin how lovely it smelt

nothing it stunk there was a huge piece of floor tyle stuck up at the side of the hot tub you sat on the mattress and it just went flat your litrally laid on the bed fram the wardrobe was un-useable it was so rickety it was litrally going to fall over we arrived to a area filled with clear drug users no staff were there it was not the property pictured

everything it’s was horrid we didn’t stay we left and drove home we paid £80 for Valentine’s balloons they were deflated and there was a few chucked about the floor the build stunk like cooking oil

I was expecting a jacuzzi because it showed in the images there was one.

The whirpool bath was a bonus Nice decoration

Clean, cosy... good setup of ballons and rose petals but that was at an extra cost. Good choice / variety of entertainment on the tv.

Not sure if I can blame the property but extremely disappointed with Booking.com which I have used on numerous occasions for most of my hotel bookings throughout the years. I searched for a room "with" jacuzzi but ended up in the standard room at the property which was simply a nicely decorated front room of a terraced house with a bed, sofa and side kitchen in a small room and an on-suite shower. Extremely Expensive front room... I could have got a 5* Hotel with Breakfast for the same cost. So.. EXTREMELY disappointed with Booking.com for showing a room with jacuzzi but ending up in a standard room (front room) when the only reason I paid SO MUCH for the room was purely because of the Jacuzzi!
