This is the 2nd time i've check in here. For sure the environment and vibe that you can't find anywhere else in Ipoh. The style of the Kinta Bali Villa is more to vintage style. Perhaps you'll be shock after you see the interior and exterior of the house

Had a boutique hotel feel. Very clean and there's a lot of open areas. Perfect jf you're coming as a big family and want to rent out the whole place.
The remote control for the gate wasn't great.

the house & room was super clean. 10/10 for the cleanliness.
the caretaker was an old man, we got the feeling he was behaving racist to us. he was not helpful at all (being an old guy he didnt talk to us, he yelled).
he mentioned there were other people staying too but nobody turned up. it was really creepy.

The venue was clean and had a cosy atmosphere. The wifi worked well and it was easy access to town.
For the price there were no snacks or refreshments provided. The shower gel provided was a small bottle and only lasted for one shower.

It was clean and it's a villa....
Outside the villa is mosquito infested. No water heater for showing in the evening. One of the light in the room did not function and dusty.
The caretaker burns the rose scent in the villa on a daily basis, I told him my nose is very sensitive, but he said he's boss has instructed him to light ... I give up. Not caring towards guest needs.
Not value for money. We paid RM 500 plus ... For 2 nights.

Our room just locate next to main road, the traffic sounds is really disturbing and we can't get good rest.

The deco is great.. apply name "bali villa".. the common area is a fresh experience..
Space is of a bit of premium as too much space is occupied by the toilet n vanity basin.. mosquito is quite a nuisance and as a light sleeper the proxmity to main road made it a challengge really good night sleep..

amazing Balinese style villa on the outskirts of Ipoh. quiet area. very friendly reception. spotlessly clean. perfect after a day seeing the sights. a veritable safe haven.
at first I thought the location was too far out of town but it is a 10 minute grab ride at less than 1 pound Sterling.

I like the privacy, location is good near to shops and easy access to everywhere. Parking spots is exclusive for guests. Love the concept and the smell of the lobby the moment you walked in. It’s like being in a spa. Super clean too.
You have to take your shoe off at the lobby which is still ok, there’s mosquitoes if you open your door for too long. Make sure you turn on the mosquito repellent. The TV doesn’t work. There’s no one at reception at night.

love the location, just at the edge of the busy town, so the villa is quiet and peaceful. facilities are great, rooms are clean. bed was so good !
the parking is quite a few, so if it's full house, it'll be a bit hard to park

Very old hotel with very old smell furniture
The front desk old man was rude and the agent on booking.com NOT helpful. When arrived and saw the smelly room I wanted to cancel but she did not assist.
End up they still charged my card
