It was as we remembered from 20+ years ago but better maintained now. We rented 3 suites for a family reunion with our Victoria and London based grandchildren and their parents. The children spent hours exploring the tide pools-great fun!. Gandsw swimming enjoying the pool

The facilities, location and amenities were great, as was the layout and view. However, When we checked in the temperature inside was in the high 30's! It took us a full day of moving fans around to cool the place down. This was a major issue in our enjoyment of the property. Air conditioning would have made this property a five out of five.

Our stay at "Inn of the Seas" near Ladysmith, BC, was absolutely perfect! The ocean view from the unit was stunning, and we were thrilled to see several eagles right from the balcony. The unit was impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat for our vacation.
The wifi was excellent, allowing us to work remotely without any interruptions, including seamless WebEx meetings. The host provided a comprehensive welcome package that made the check-in process easy and ensured we had all the information we needed for an enjoyable stay.
The location is fantastic, with great restaurants just a short drive away. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying at this unit at "Inn of the Seas." We're already looking forward to our next visit!

This property has everything you need. A beautiful view of the ocean from the deck or from a comfy couch inside! A hot tub to soothe your weary body after a long day of hiking. A laundry facility so you don't have to pack as much clothing. Horseshoe pit, tennis (pickleball?) court, a dock to sit on and contemplate life. We love coming here.

Everything was as advertised. This location is very scenic overlooking the ocean and close to our family in Ladysmith and Nanaimo.

We enjoyed waking up and seeing the ocean right outside the window! Very quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed was provided. We did miss having Netflix. That would be a worthwhile upgrade. Certainly a big enough place for two. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. The second bedroom is downstairs and is a separate suite. Not a problem though.

Terry has a fantastic place. Be prepared to sit and enjoy the view while being undisturbed by a cell phone. The quiet surroundings, the hot tub, the nearby parks are all so relaxing. This unit is sparkling clean! You can drive to restaurants, pubs, shopping. Or you can just prepare your meals at the condo.

The entire family enjoyed our stay at this lakeside retreat. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and walking near the water. The rental has everything we needed for our stay and wonderful views all day.

Check in process was super easy. The welcome package the host emailed us was clear and concise to help us get there and find the resort. What an amazing view. You literally don't need to go anywhere else. Except for food that is but that's a short drive to the nearest convenience store.

If you want a calming peaceful get away, this is the perfect spot. Start your day with a morning coffee overlooking the water to ending your day with a glass of wine looing at the stars, what more could someone ask for.

As advertised, the condo was lovely and the ocean views spectacular! The pool was large and well maintained, as was the hot tub. We had brought 2 kayaks and were able to safely launch them from the on site dock. We were also blessed with perfect weather so our 3 day Girl's Getaway was our best one yet! Thank you Terry! Downstairs apartment suite was a perfect room for us parents to sleep, with the teens upstairs in main suite. Communication with owners was so easy. Property was clean. One evening we saw 3 orca from our balcony and the next night we saw a seal. Restarants, farmers market and activities within 15 minutes of property. Pool was great (but very deep!). We will definately be back!

The rental process was easy and the pictures of the condo gave an accurate depiction. We were so taken by the beauty of the area that we decided to spend more time at the condo instead of driving around the island.

Condo was as advertised and was a nice size for 3 people. Just a few things that would have made me give a higher rating.
Stereo did not work and fan over dining table needs to be fixed before it falls.

This location is perfect for a get away. Ocean front property with an amazing view. We were able to watch large pods of seals play in the water in front of the building. It is very peaceful here. Would definitely rebook if heading back this way.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The view was spectacular. The only reason i give 4 stars instead of 5 for communication was that i stayed with my two young children and could have benefited from knowing there was a pullout sofa in the living room. We did not need the additional downstairs room and could have made do with two beds. Anyway, we loved our time at the inn and would like to come back again in the Summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay. The view from the suite is stunning - watching sea birds, otters and sea lions from the deck while having my morning coffee was wonderful. Launching my kayak from the beach right in front was nice and easy. The suite was very clean and is well equipped with everything you may need. Beds are comfy. Lovely place - definitely recommend.

The property is modern, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The only downside for we seniors is that it requires climbing a couple set of stairs. But once there the place is worth the trouble. It is a little difficult to find in the dark for the first time there so very specific directions are really helpful. Terry and Kingsley are very accommodating and friendly.

take 2 hours (should be 30 minutes) to find the right place, when you decrepit the location should consider not every one from the same area or same county need more detail ! other than that place was nice, quite, well equipment for the kitchen, thnak you so much !

This is the third condo we have rented at Inn of the Sea. This one has the best view of them all! This condo was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay.

This is our fourth year staying at Terry’s lovely condo at the Inn of the sea. Beautifully landscaped ocean front property with a large pool right on the ocean. Playground, tennis courts and bocce. Condo itself is clean and well stocked. Well-maintained with comfortable beds. The view from the deck is stunning!!! Thanks again for another wonderful family vacation!

I can say that we left the place cleaner then what we found it. They let us check in 20 minutes early which was very nice! When we arrived we found the sink full of dirty water and the outside patio a mess. We had to empty the sink, clean the sink cause it was pretty gross. We then had to wash and sanitize the table outside and sweep. They didn't restock the coffeemaker with filters and they didn't check that there was a parking pass left for us to use, cause there wasn't one and we had to make our own with writing our contact info on a piece of paper and leaving it on the dash of our car. We notified them of the issues and they were quick to respond with the cleaner forgot to do those items. At first they blamed our 20 minute early checkin for the issue, which wasn't true, there was nobody there when we arrived.
Its a great location and even with the issues I would still recommend this place to stay in. Be aware that is does get pretty hot, the fan in the bedroom doesn't do much. We were also kept awake by the people below us that were on the balcony partying until midnight. But that isn't the issue with the people taking care of this suite.
