The hotel staff were polite and accommodating.

The beds were very uncomfortable.

We had requested a room with a walk-in shower and were told we got that. We went up to the room to check it out and it had a tub, not a walk-in shower. We were able to get a room with a walk-in shower the second night there, but we had to pack up all our stuff and keep it in the car all day because they would not store our luggage there for the day. That bathroom was so much nicer and cleaner than the previous night's room. This hotel was right downtown and since this (second night) room was on the ground floor we expected to hear traffic noise, but the room was very quiet. There was a lovely park just behind the parking lot. It was quite large with lots of activity areas. It had a good size man-made lake with ducks and geese and gulls in it. There were lots of darling European rabbits running around in the park. I think the park is called Minoru Park. We enjoyed walking around on some of the paved trails and seeing the rabbits.

We booked for 2 nights, asking for a walk-in shower. The first night we got a tub. Because of my mobility issues, a tub absolutely does not work for me. I also checked out the bathroom and room with my little black light. The bathroom glowed like crazy, even on the walls near the toilet, showing lots of urine that was on the walls and floor and toilet. I do bring my own gloves and cleaning supplies since I like a clean bathroom. The bedroom was not as bad and the sheets were clean. We were able to get the shower for our second night, and did find it odd that the plumbing for only the shower was reversed, plus the shower head and faucet were located on the end of the shower that had a fixed glass panel, so it required getting into the shower and turning on the water (BRRRRRRR) on the far end of the shower. After not feeling even a hint of warm water, I tried turning the handle to the other ( cold) side and the water warmed up. It would have been nice to have the only sliding door on the faucet end of the shower. And even with a fixed glass panel, the water leaked from that panel across the bathroom right to the toilet and beyond. A grab bar in the shower would be a welcome safety feature. That bathroom looked recently updated, but they forgot the grab bars in the bathroom. We had been told the room number of the (shower) room we would get for our second night there and even saw it. When we checked in we were given a different room. I was surprised that the lotions and shampoos in our bathroom were half used from the previous guests and no bar of soap for the shower. But it was cleaner than the first room we had. The breakfast there was very low budget. It did have a pancake maker which was popular since the food selection was such slim pickings.

We didn't have breakfast. Looking at the standard of the hotel looking very poor, food was not appetising.

Health and safety should be looked at. Cobwebs in the room and in general, appearance of the In and Out is appalling.

Everything was wonderful, breakfast was very fresh & plentiful, shuttle to the airport was just what was needed & staff were exceptional - going beyond what was necessary. We are very happy

Close to Richmond Centre.

The price does not match my expectation at all. Way too expensive for the level of services being provided.

We left to early , no breackfest at 3:30 am

I couldnt cancelled one of my booking because of air canada change our flight over 300.00 in the garbage

The airport shuttle was really handy and punctual. Likes the free underground parking!
