Amazing location, right in the heart of the city. Near to the Upper Square, Saint Wenceslas Cathedral and the faculty of arts. I must appreciate the street the entrance is located in: it has somewhat Stínadla vibe - a couple of shots from the 1993 Petr Kotek's movie adaptation of the Jaroslav Foglar's masterpiece was taken there I think.

The location is perfect! In the city centre. A little kitchenette and small fridge is a plus.

Unfortunately I have to say, I was very disappointed. I visited 3 years ago and it was perfect, very nice lady waited for me and it was clean! This time dirty floor, hair and dust in the bathroom, behind the bed, mold..ants..etc. Now you got instructions in the message, how to get the key (nothing against that though) Also 3 years ago there was a beer in the fridge, this time nothing. I even asked, if they change the owner, but apparently no. If/when they change the cleaning staff, I'll definitely come back!

Cheap accommodation at excellent location, short walk to main square and within 15 minutes' walk to all other main attractions, parks and gardens. Kitchen equipped well enough to cook oatmeal for breakfast. Fridge and freezer, box tissues. Bus or tram stop to the train station is 2 minutes' walk away. Good option for budget travellers who are OK to sacrifice some comfort.

Apartment needs some renovation. I don't mind old furniture but the bathroom had some old dirt or black mold between the tiles. On our second day we found large number of ants (about 50) in the bathroom, we killed many of them and then the same in the evening. Air in the apartment was horrible, very damp and unpleasant smelling, even with windows open. Old curtains were constantly falling off the rail. Mattress was sagging, it was the least comfortable mattress I've experienced in any accommodation in the last 5-10 years. Blankets were suitable for spring or autumn but way too thick for summer.

Easy to access. Location perfect for centre of town, yet quiet. Next time I visit Olomouc I will hopefully stay here.

Clean, good value for money and location. Nothing luxurious, but also not expected for that price.

PERFECT LOCATION

The apartment is 5 min away from the main square. There are many shops around, including restaurants and coffee places. It is super comfy and you have everything you need. The owner is so nice but she doesn't speak english. The bed is super comfy and there is a wardrobe to hang out your clothes. The apartment is well provided with towels and hair dryer.

The main entrance is a bit old, but the apartments are on the main floor so it makes it easier to carry your luggage. There is no coffee machine neither a toaster. It would be great to have more pans and pan lids. One day we saw a few ants in the kitchen and we didn't have any food opened but we killed them all and we didn't see them anymore. There is humidity spots in the toilet's ceiling. There is no washing machine.
