Friendly host, happy to chat. Clean facilities.
Our room was above a roundabout which has heavy traffic, even during the night. It was also very hot. Since there is no airconditioning, that meant opening the window at night. However the noise made it hard to sleep well.

We chose this B&B because of the garden with the view over the lake. It is a great place!

Alessandro is a friendly host who has organized his place very well. Rooms are nice and contain everything you need. All rooms have private bathrooms. The garden is a lovely place to sit and enjoy awesome views over the lake. Would definitely recommend.
Breakfast is very basic (as shown on the pictures), could be a future improvement to offer some fresh food as well

The location was great with nice view! We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was super helpful and pleasant.

Place was comfortable and our host provided many usefull suggestions where&how. Awesome view from the terrace. There is really good restaurant for bikers with exceptional view over the lake really close.
Only drawback would be quite a steep walk down and up to the shore and restaurants there. It's manageable, though takes quite some time ;)

The owner of the building was always friendly and on top of that gave good advice on local hotspots that we should see during our stay (thanks for that!). We were greeted and got a little tour around the house. Room was nice, clean, cozy and very bright in terms of sunlight. I will link two pictures: one from our room and one from the viewpoint of the little garden area right outside the room.
Breakfeast is a classic italian one. Tea (multiple flavors), biscuit, bread, coffee and so on. (liked it)
A free parking area can be found around 50 m away from your room. Two local restaurants (one mexican and one italian) can be found around 50 m away.
To sum it up: you can shop for groceries, eat out or rent bikes and so on in a radius of 50-200m.
I will probably come back next year and hopefully find a free room here again. Would recommend to friends ! :) Big thank you for the stay and the perfect vaccation!
