The owners (Filippo and Savina) were super kind, proactive and helpful. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and spacious. Each room came with air conditioning. The complex comes with a small swimming pool, lots of toys (both indoors and outdoors), so it's ideal for families with small kids. We even got a bottle of delicious local wine as a welcome gift and a bottle of olive oil when we checked out.

Outdated furniture in the bedrooms. Low-quality mattress in one of the beds. We could hear our neighbours because the walls and entrance door are not soundproof.

Excellent appartement. Big rooms. Clean, perfect location. By far the best host we ever had.

Filippo is a perfect host ! always ready to help and giving advice before, during and even after the stay.. the apartment is modern and clean, located in a beautiful village of Brufa with lots of arts in the surrounding.. perfect place to stay and doing day excursions in the area..

I could not think of anything to dislike ..

My husband and I stayed for eight nights. The apartment was spotlessly clean, quiet, everything seemed new, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable. The pool is delightful, with great lounge chairs and stunning views. Easy free street parking. We had breakfast on the little balcony overlooking the church every day. A lively bar literally one minute away where you can get coffee, breakfast, an aperitivo and even fresh bread! Filippo and his sister go above and beyond to please their guests: they allowed us to store luggage a few days before arrival, provided tips on things to do and restaurants, and Filippo was easily available during the stay via WhatsApp. They take obvious pride in their property, and with good reason - we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Brufa is in the countryside so you definitely need a car, but it is perfectly located to explore Umbria, taste the wine in Torgiano, and it even has a collection of modern statues scattered throughout that you can walk to.

Everything about this property was exceptional. The amenities (playground and pool for kids), the central location to many spots in Umbria, the cleanliness of the entire property, and the kindness of the family/staff. Filippo and his family went above and beyond to make our stay incredible.

Incredibly friendly host, great value for money. Fantastic with kids, not only because of the great pool, but all kinds of things to keep them busy. We spent 7 nights there and did a lot of small excursions, we would have stayed longer if we knew it would be this nice. Sleeping was great, air conditioning top notch, everything is/looks brand new. Also good info from host on a variety of things to do around. Great with kids, will return and would certainly recommend!

Nice swimming pool, perfect for families with children. Clean well euipped appartment in peaceful location. Easy to find, perfect for trips to Assisi, Perugia and surroundings.
