This apartment, although more like a town house, is exceptional and will give you home envy ! Beautifully decorated fitted and incredibly spacious. With a roof terrace (sun all day) as well as living room balcony (offering shade in the afternoon) provided the ideal best of both worlds to suit all. It was all pretty much faultless. The family that was looking after the flat on behalf of the owners were again exceptional, live within the block and on hand to help in any way they can with advice about best places to go and visit and if need be, even a taxi service. faultless faultless faultless - ALL !

One of the main features of this apartment was the hot tub on the roof with visons of sitting in it all day and night and to enjoy the amazing sea views. Unfortunately shortly before we arrived we were told the tub was not working and wouldn't be fixed for our stay - Major disappointment as one of the main reasons for booking this accommodation. Unfortunate really. The only other thing that should be more obvious in the property description is that the roof terrace is an open shared space with other holiday makers/residents (rope division only) and hence no privacy or screening, which may put some people off - but that said, no more than sitting on a beach, but not something that comes across in the description and not what you think off when told you have a roof terrace with hot tub !

Everything was simply amazing, Ivica the host and his family are so helpful and welcoming, it is a new level of hospitality. I can recommend it from the bottom of my heart. And this comes from me, a hospitality professional since 30 years.

Clean, very spacious, well equiped kitchen, with jakuzzi on the roof. You can use jakuzzi during the night and stargaze at the same time. Recommended

- Large and Luxury Appartment with modern design - as you see on the fotos! - Use the whirlpool after the sunset to see the stars on firmament Some recommends: - If you go to Dubrovnik all day I recommend park your car at Gruž Port Parking ( 1,5 EUR - much cheaper than city parking which is 10 EUR per hour! ). There is also a bus connection to Dubrovnik next to the appartment ( we did not use this ) - You can go th Vedo viewpoint Dubrovnik also by car - there is a very nice view from there! - If you have the time do the 3 Islands boat tour - the host can help you to arrange this

The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine, fully furnished and brand new kitchen and especially a terrace with jacuzzi under a beautiful starry sky. Apt has two showers, spacious livingroom, garage and even a brand new baby crib. The manager Ivica was very friendly and accomodating, he gave us excellent recommendations of local restaurants etc.

Great location, perfect surroundings, beaches, great hosts and services, definitelly come back again!
