Very comfortable, well equipped home. The apartment turned out better than in the pics!

In a quiet neighborhood away from the center of the traffic but close enough to walk or taxi to any tourist location.

The appartment is very spacious, with everything you need. It has two bathrooms which is great, as we were 6 people. The host - Alex, was very helpful and communicative, we appreciated a lot! Very close to the location is a bus station with 3 busses that goes to Termini station or to attractions, but you can easily just walk to them - as we did. The area is very quite, you can find some restaurants just a few steps away, or a shop - Pam Local. For sure it is a place that we recommend!

As we used the couch from the living room as a bed, it wasn't very comfortable to sleep on it, cause you have the feeling that it will break from the middle, but ok...

Excellent location near good local restaurants. You can walk to the sights in about 20 to 30 mins, as we did, and a taxi back was about €10. There is a close local bus stop. Spacious and comfortable accommodation for 2. Quiet. We were met punctually on arrival by Alex (Filipino so spoke good English) who let us in and showed us how things work, and whom we could contact afterwards, although we didn't need to. Also helpful eg for phoning taxis, and friendly was the doorman/concierge (portiere in Italian) who was in his little room 0730 to 1330 and 1600 to 2000. He too was Filipino and spoke good English. Close to Pewex mini market.

Being fussy, but the lighting needed softening and an extra table or standard lamp in the sitting room . There wasnt a welcome pack with eg tea and milk, only decaf and sugar but the Pewex supermercado 3 mins walk away on the main drag has all you need and more.

The flat is beautiful, it has everything you need, location is great, Alex is great, thanks guys, will be seeing you again x

check in process, specially the payment of city taxes. we were asked for a credit card no. over whatsapp, didn’t feel right. however staff was very responsive and helpful

It was spacious.

The guy who gave us the keys was not helpful at all. I would say he was rude, just interested to get the money and that's all. We had a problem with the gas detector in the kitchen (although we didn't use the kitchen at all). The alarm started randomly in the middle of the night and we couldn't get anybody to help us. He didn't answer at phone, I also wrote on WhatsApp and he just saw the messages in the morning and didn't write anything. When we left the room, he met my wife on her way out and he just said good morning and entered in other room. We didn't speak with him at all after that incident. We couldn't sleep that night, because of the sound and the feeling that it was some danger. We stopped all the heating o be someway sure nothing happens. Also, in the previous day, the wifi stopped working. I asked the guy about it and he said to wait because probably it will work again. It didn't. We didn't have wifi until we left. Although it's not a very noisy area, the windows didn't help at all. It was like it was nothing there, you could hear anything from outside. The ventilator from the heater was noisy. We had to stop the heater in our room to get some sleep. Plus some more minor issues...

Everything. The cleanliness, welcome, helpfulness, location, were all excellent. Great value for the money.

This apartment was excellent. Alex met us at the apartment with keys. He was very informative and helpful with how to use the keys, A/C, internet before he left us. We needed a taxi during our stay and he arranged it for us. Alex was fantastic. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, well appointed, quiet and close to all of the tourist places. We stayed there three days and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rome. In our opinion, much better than the standard hotel chains.

There was nothing that did not exceed our expectations.

close to train station, So we were able to walk there with our luggage after a long train ride instead of waiting for a cab. The apartment is large with two comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and dining room.

We had a little trouble figuring out how to get the door open with the skeleton key, but once we did it was fine. When we first arrived, the apartment was warm. However, our host Max came by and adjusted it for us and then it was it very comfortable.

The apartment was nice.

However, on our last day, the water was cut off for half n hour and we were not told prior before shutting it off. We also sent the owner messages via what app and there was no response. I don't think the apartment was thoroughly cleaned as we ended up getting covid before we left.

only one key for 6 persons. check in process with request of 6 persons passport pictures not safe or smooth. No flexiblity on check in or check out times. very difficult with luggage if you leave or arrive earlier.

Some way to connect the TV to smart phone streaming would have been great.

Very warm, comfortable and quiet apartment. The inner shutters are something special!

Very clean and elegant apartment outside ZTL. It's a residential area, so it feels safe. A lot of restaurants nearly. The staff is open to share the information and very supportive. You can find the public parking space with a white or blue line in front of an apartment.

It was better for us to use the mobility service like FREE NOW to reach the main attractions and historical areas.

Everything was just great except location close to garbage bins - early in the morning and late night there was noise coming from garbage collectors machines.

The location of this place is amazing. It is a very safe, clean and quiet neighbourhood close to all attractions. Public transportation and nice restaurants are just around the corner. The apartment is extremely clean and spacious and the communication was easy. Highly recommended!

Everything. The house is a definition of perfection. Every little detail well thought of and very comfortable. The location is super as it is within walking distance of a lot of the tourist attractions. Value for the money is 100%. I would definitely recommend this to everyone visiting Rome.

The location of the Apartment was perfect for us, as it is only 20 min. by walk to the colosseum and approx. 10 min. walk to termini station. The keys were handed out only 10 min. after i contacted the Property and the person was very friendly. I also want to add, that i found it very nice that they put on the heating in the whole apartment before we arrived, so it had a nice temperature and it looked exactly like on the Pictures on the website. I highly recommend this Apartment for a stay in Rome.
