Apartment-type accommodation (living room with kitchen plus separate bedroom) with luxury furnishings and equipment, clean, soundproof, outdoor terraces, quality wifi, safe parking, relatively close to the thermal lake. Very good communication with the owner of the accommodation unit. I recommend with confidence!

Very nice appartments, with all comfort👍 Only 10' from the thermal lake, and 5' from the city center and its shops. The touristic train stops down the road (first on the right). And... a great billiard in the basement 😉 Free parking inside the residence

After a while the air conditionners put themselves in E2 error mode. And you don't know what to do. After a night on Off position, it worked again. Please add a notice for this

The building of the apartment is very nice and located on a beautiful leafy street only 5-8 mins walk from the center of Heviz and a lovely park. Restaurants and shops are all walking distance. Nice restaurants nearby with good food and good service. The lake is about 10-15mins walk away depending on your pace. I booked the apartment in the attic, but it was still spacious and nice. No balcony. The kitchen is well equipped to make breakfast and light meals . The key handover was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this place and would certainly return myself! The parking space is a little tight and probably not enough for all if the building is fully booked. However during my 4 nights stay I never had any issues with parking.

Hévíz is a nice town and only 10 min by car from Balaton lake on top of that. Apartment in Mona Lisa was smaller but accurate for 2 adults. Kind host, clean and modern room, strong and fast wifi, enough storage space, well equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning was working and it was really necessary with temperatures between 33-37 °C! Downtown and lake are only a few minutes of pleasant walk but down the hill so it is not for seniors. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Mattresses are a little bit harder than we are used to but it was manageable. No cable or SAT TV, there are only a few channels in Hungarian language but it is not a big problem with fast wifi. One night the AC stopped working and we couldn't switch it on. Display showed some strange code which was not listed in the instruction manual I found in internet. It was hot night thus we slept badly and I was ready to call host in the morning but I tried to switch it on after I woke up and it was suddenly working like nothing had happened. But these are very small issues which can't ruin our excellent impression of our stay in Mona Lisa and Hévíz.

Everything was so nice. Quiet place, not far from the lake Heviz. Great comfort and privacy. Recomend for 2 adults.

Good location, clean and nice facility

The bed mattress was really uncomfortable

Some strange marks on the wall which is behind the bed. It seems like somebody his snot to the wall just above the head if you are lying on the bed.
