The location next to the lake was excellent, and booking at the spa hotel allowed free entry to the lake. Massages were great. Lake itself was magical to swim in the rain.
The restaurant at the spa hotel was uninspired with OK food, but not great. Better to walk a short distance toward town (even in pouring rain)

We had a balcony room on the garden side.
The room is not big, but very confortable.
All the spaces are very quiet.
We appreciated to be next to the thermal lake, what is the first and only reason to come here (access to the lake included in the price of the room).
Dinner and breakfast (compulsory half board) are not at all of a four stars level. This make the whole price a little expensive for what you get.

Nice hotel, very close to lake. 2 min. At hotel you can find basic spa as well. Personal very helpful, but sometimes old fashioned. Dinner wasn’t good, but breakfast was quite ok. This is great place to relax and enjoy warm Hévíz lake.

Excellent location with free entrance to the thermal lake. Comfortable, clean room.
The breakfast buffet was slightly messy (coffee machine leaking to the floor, cheese and salami in big chunks).

Cosy little hotel, great location, helpful and friendly staff. Overall, good value for money, will come back.
Breakfasts rather basic but manageable, dinner was ok. Elevator out of order.

Great location. Located in a nice park, under old trees, Hévíz lake just a few steps away. Polite staff.
Heteroptera situation was quite bad at the time of our stay. Swarming is not the hotel's fault, they tried their best to get rid of them, but the bugs could get in through the closed panorama windows. Small wellness section, just one pool and a jakuzzi, both with thermal water. Additional pool(s) - for kids, for example - would have been nice. Restaurant: mixed experience. Some really tasty foods, however, management was very slow (like fresh food refilling, used plates take-away). Some foods served at dinner-time were clearly leftovers from lunch.

Buffet evening meal very poor for the kind of hotel. Bar area poor too.
Not even offered a drink by waiters at evening meal.
Hotel lacked friendliness or happy atmosphere.

Friendly towards vegans, super comfy bed, super location near thermal lake, rich breakfasts and dinners, perfect massages.
Dishes were not always clean.
