El rincon 4 is a fantastic apartment located in a residential secure complex. The apartment is very big, all rooms are very spacious, with a fantastic balcony with great sea views, sun loungers and a table and chairs. Also an awning to use when sun is too hot. Carmen and all the other staff were great, and always on the end of the phone if needed. Carmen even sorted a taxi to airport on departure. I would recommend this apartment, and I will definitely book again if in Los Christianos. Thank you Carmen and team for a very relaxing, fantastic holiday. Cheers Pete and deb

Everything was fantastic

The complex and the pool area are excellent, clean and tidy. There are 3 pools and one is heated. The pool area was quiet and relaxing with plenty of sun beds. The location is very good.

The apartment lacked comfort, and needs updating. The settee is worn and was covered in an old blue throw, it needs to be renewed, at the very least the throw replacing. There were only 2 flat, worn out cushions on this settee, and no back cushions on the chairs. There was little if any comfort on this furniture. The 4 patio chairs were an odd set, 2 white, 2 wicker and the wicker ones were falling apart. For a very small investment in soft furnishings and patio chairs this apartment could be transformed. If it had been a little more comfortable i would have had no hesitation in booking it again while i was in resort for next season.

Large spacious apartment with great shower and large sunny balcony. Good comfy sunbeds. The host was great and super responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine not working which was replaced with a brand new one within a couple of days.

The WIFI was rubbish. could not connect our iPads at all during the whole stay and could barely get our phones online. The kitchen could use some more utensils. There were only 2 mugs and 2 tumbler glasses and no spatulas or anything to cook with. Signs all around the complex stating that it was residential only and holiday lets were forbidden made us feel uncomfortable.

Clean, very spacious, quiet, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds & it felt safe. Local bars, cafe & supermarket within 5 - 7 minute walk

Location of apartment in the block meant limited sun on the balcony

Location of the apartment was convenient for town centre shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Views from the balcony were superb. The building and grounds were very well kept.

Lack of equipment in the kitchen for example insufficient cups, glasses and mugs. No serving spoons, spatulas and containers. Chopping board should have been renewed.
