the location was fantastic- the room with a view very sweet & comfy

Great location with comfortable room and amenities. We were familiar with this venue and were aware that it can be a night bar with the associated noise. Staff were very friendly and professional. The mini bar was well stocked and the hotel offered several complimentary drinks on arrival. The restaurant is excellent and is well suited for weekend get away or midweek break.

Loved the location and size of room. Comfortable bed. Beach towels.
The noise. We were warned about it -and it was Saturday night - but expected it to stop at midnight or shortly after. But the music was thumping until one minute before 1am. I couldn't sleep a wink, and that was with the earplugs. Kept looking at time. When you check in you're handed a form to sign indicating you're fine about the noise. Till midnight, ok! But not 1am! Then an hour later - after 2am - when finally asleep, the TV lit up on its own! With instructions for guests! Lighting up the whole room. Wide awake all over again. Had to get up to cross the room to find remote to turn it off. Why did this happen? Deserve partial refund. It's too much money to pay for a night of so little sleep.

Love very staff gave us a late checkout so we could sleep in after the noisy night.

Loved everything about this hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful, room was beautiful, clean, comfortable bed it was HEAVEN!!!! Location was amazing, right opposite the beach, watching the sunrise in the morning over the beach from our bed was just incredible. We had such a beautiful stay we loved every part and will definitely be back :)

rooms facing the street can get a lot of noise, some of the front desk staff seriously need customer service training, we had an unpleasant experience with one of the members of the reception team which almost spoilt an otherwise great stay

a very nice, light, clean and well located apartment. My only very mild disappointments were no coffee machine and it was a partial sea view but it was perfect for what l wanted. The staff were on the whole great especially the reception staff who were attentive and friendly and helpful

The property is undoubtedly in a fantastic location and our room bad a fabulous view which was wonderful to wake up to! It as spacious and he bed was big and comfy.
I was very surprised by how noisy the room was and for what you pay for this room, surprised that they had not invested in soundproofing windows. We stayed on a Saturday/ Sunday where they have a DJ and live music that goes for all hours into the night (1am on Saturdays) and you can hear this and the people down on the street. This was very disappointing.
