Spacious room,clean ,friendly staff, nice bed and excellent service.

Would have like if s few more channels on sky tv especially news.

Although nothing could be liked in this case: the room we got instead is also located walking distance to T3.

Impressive weekend: -room reserved not available -right contact no.nowhere to be found -long check in -late check out not possible as pre-aligned & informed in the last moment *If u do care that ur really going to stay in the room u booked, strongly suggest doublechecking with the property beforehand cause there might be an aircon. failure or whatever in the room u reserved.  But it might be difficult as none of the 3 listed numbers on booking could be dialed through: u can try via emails to get some written confirmation or at least a right tel number which will definitly help u reduce finding the right way/right person to check in. Nevertheless if it was not ur day and u get another room instead, don't check in immediately as u may miss the balcony or just don't feel comfortable with the smell from new renovation. (In our case the time was too limited to either find another property or check it around before check-in.) And don't spend time to figure out a solution with the staff i guess ur time will be too priceless for that. Ps. Seems my case is not a single case according to comments of other guests.

The bed is comfortable.

Different room was given to us compared to the room showed during the booking as we don't like the aircon installed below. The contact no. Provided is not answering, the owner should at least provide 2 contact nos. The toilet is smelly and do not use the cabinet inside. If you put your clothes inside, your clothes will get the bad smell also. Light cooking should be clearly stated in the rules and regulations. We just find out when we reach the room that you can only use the oven, rice cooker and boil water. The kitchen utensils are NOT also recommended for oven use.
