Like the name says, everything was excellent, the staff was really nice and gave us a lot of tips, also booked a transfer to one of the beach clubs in Baia Verde. Great breakfast on the terrace with sea view. The location was great if travelling by car as you could reach other beaches and the city center pretty easily.

Well located if you have a car as the property is between the old town and the beach, however you need to access the property and move around. Walk to city centre is an option, 30 mins walk and safe. The room was very well clean on the daily basis. The breakfast has some options and the staff is very friendly.

The room was small and very basic. The bathroom was spacious but with no space to keep our personal belongings. Not that much around as supermarkets of coffee shops. The living room is spacious but the A/C was always switch off. Early morning wake up with other guests and coffee machine.

Location is ok and there is a big space for parking outside. Staff is super friendly and breakfast is ok

Please bear in mind that this is a guest house. There are 4 or 5 rooms whose doors are in the living room where breakfast is served. In the morning, it is very difficult to sleep if other families or people have breakfast in the living room before you wake up. We stayed three days, and all of them were waken up by people in the living room having breakfast.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful, they helped us find a place to rent a scooter and recommended the best places to go near Gallipoli. On our last day, we had to catch our bus back to Lecce quite late in the day and the owner was very kind to allow us to do a late check-out without any extra charges. The house is a bit far from the old down walking, but as we had a scooter (and we could park in the garage of the house), everything was pretty close by. I really liked our stay, everybody was nice and the amenities were very good, I would recommend this!

Not much really, I just think it would be quite far from the city center if you don't have a car/scooter (and it's over 30°C out, walking a lot can be difficult). But it's quite close to the bus station and there's a train station at the other side of the street, so you do have other transport options.

As clean as you possibly can imagine. Excellent view, great terrace. Service and owners incredibly helpful and kind.

From the beaches it is quite a walk, at least 35-45 mins, which on the burning sun is rather extreme.

The staff were nice especially the young lady serving breakfast.

Unfortunately, the rooms were located on the third floor with no lifts, making it inconvenient and tiring to navigate. Moreover, the proximity of the room to the kitchen resulted in early morning disturbances from guest conversations and a loud coffee machine. The rooms themselves were extremely small and lacked the necessary space for comfort. Additionally, the breakfast did not meet expectations, as the food was not fresh and failed to impress.
