Location, the apartment is 10 minute walk into the town centre, it was very clean and communication was excellent, with regards building access keys and parking.

Very well presented and comfortable. Nice comfortable sofas and beds were also good. A nice twenty minute stroll into York centre. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Great communication from the agents.

Nothing to not like really - a couple of small niggles as our balcony door wouldn’t lock properly and the toilet roll holder was not secured to the wall.

Great size, comfortable bed and living area. Easy to find, good communication from the company and I was fully aware of where I needed to collect keys, parking pass etc.

It's approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk to the city centre depending on your walking speed. Weather dependant this may be an issue.

Nice, modern property, clean and with good facilities, conveniently located within walking distance to York city centre.

The property is good but it is is need of some TLC. The flat, understandably, must get a lot of use and it does show throughout. Decor is tired and there is a need for some minor repairs to bring it back up to standard. Another issue is that there is only one parking space allocated to the flat. For a flat which can accommodate up to six people, with use of the sofa bed (we had five in our party with two cars) two spaces, at least, are definitely needed. We noticed that there are plenty of empty bays around the development but a ludicrous parking permit scheme in place. If another bay cant be demised to the flat, the owners should make arrangements for a second bay to be made available for larger groups who will without a doubt be travelling in more than one car.

Really nicely decorated, very clean with everything you need. Great location, loved onsite free parking which is rare in York.

The temperature of the shower was too hot and we were unable to alter the temperature using the shower controls
